Whoop! I just made my first $1 on EBates I feel dumb not having done this before! I'm excited to see them add up!

I wanted to get some opinions on Emiles.com I have done them for years, but it takes forever to earn enough to deposit into my Southwest account. It used to be smooth & easy to do. Now, I feel like the are not giving me any points after doing surveys. Any EMiles users out there having trouble recently?

I am having the same issue right now.
If you're going to cancel my order, then please promptly refund my gift card!

I had this issue a few weeks ago. But, the entire order wasn't cancelled, just one $200 ebay GC, the other GCs in the order were processed fine. However, they charged my Target GCs for the total of the original transaction, even though one GC was cancelled. I waited several days to see if they would refund my GC, but they did not. I finally had to call Target's gift card line. They were really nice about it, straightened it all out, credited my Target GC for the cancelled amount immediately. Good luck!

So logged out of ebay. cleared my cookies. logged back into ebay. reentered my shipping address (nothing changed) then tried again to purchase and it went through YAY!

I've used e-Miles. I find that (1) it takes a lot to earn points and (2) it takes a long time for the points to post. I do like them for making donations to charities - I've earned 1000+ point bonuses for donations I would have made otherwise. I've also found that my points have always posted to my SW account on the 1st of the month, so watch for that.

My preference over e-miles is e-rewards. I've easily earned 2400 SW points/month (their maximum) for the past few months.

I'm going to try that! I used the eBay bucks on my account to buy ppdg but when I tried my husbands I kept getting the error. Then PayPal locked me out for "suspicious activity". I had tried on my work computer and moved to my cell phone in cognitio mode so maybe the multiple logins from different devices so close together did it. Anyhow, since it was 3 am and my husband was home sleeping I couldn't send the code to unlock it and had to wait for him to do it. Hopefully this works! I'm determined to crack the code.

I'm very new to the churning process, so forgive my naivety. I have $100 in eBay gift cards. Do I hold on to them until there is an eBayBucks promo before purchasing a Target GC, or do I go ahead and churn a few times even before a promo is offered? My trip is in October so I have a little bit of time, but I'm interested in getting the process "down pat" quickly. TIA!

I would wait until something pops up! So with your $100 it will cost $2.99 to ship. You will earn $1 Ebates and $2 Ebay bucks, so it would basically be a wash. I would wait until you see a better offer

Omg PayPal is making me do the verification again on DH's account. He's going to get so annoyed with me for harassing him at work to get those text codes. Especially since it's way past my bedtime right now.

I have done the verification several times now and PP still will not let the purchase go through. I have bought from PPDG plenty of times using a GC but first time I have ever tried to use ebucks. Is that what is triggering all this...driving me crazy...!

The more you buy, the cheaper shipping is, since it's $2.99 for the first card in any denomination and $.99 thereafter. So if you were doing say 2 x $150, it would be $3.98 to ship and you'd earn $3 Ebates, $6 Ebay bucks = $5.02 earned. So the more $150's you can buy at one time, the better, plus an Ebay bucks offer makes it even sweeter.

Hmm, interesting. Have either of you placed orders with PPDG before? Wondering what we've all fine that's similar. Gonna try again today.

I've never ordered from PPDG. I tried at the end of last quarter to get some GS cards, but it wouldn't go through then either. I didn't worry too much about it then because I really had some reservations about churning through Game Stop.
So, I tried my account this morning and it was denied. I also tried my DH's account and they wouldn't go through either. I just went ahead and bought the $50 Targets from GCM. I saw a notation on the listing that the 50s were 96% sold, so I didn't want to take a chance of not being able to use my eBay bucks. I have some eBay gift cards already converted, so if we get a good offer before I get these cards, I can still participate.

Same! I tried on a different account and I am also getting the error as soon as I attempt to log in to PP (before checking the box to use ebucks).

What is the benefit of using PPDG over Target? I can't quite figure that out in the past posts.

So here's my game stop experience. I really didn't have any interest in using them as a churning avenue as it seems a little riskier and I have NO use for game stop gift cards if I got stuck with them.

I decided to get rid of my Wii and games and since I had heard you could get ebay gift cards, I thought I would try gamestop. I went to store #1 and was able to trade in no problem (except for 3 games because they weren't open and they will only take used game..idk on that ) and told me I could take trade in credit or cash which is 20% less. I asked what I could use the credit on and they said anything in the store and online - even gift cards. They did not have ebay gift cards (or a place for them). Opened my new games (to make them "used") and went to store #2 to trade them in - they told me the same thing but also did not have ebay gift cards or a place for them. Went to store #3 today and found 1 ebay gift card and the guy seemed shocked they had one cause he didn't think they sold them. Had no problem buying for the amount of my trade credits or using them to buy the ebay gift card.

So, before churning - make sure they actually have ebay gift cards at your store & it is definitely a YMMV on whether you can use trade credit or other gift cards - I personally had no problem.

I am churning also for a new fridge from Lowes. I was able to use some of my ebucks to buy Lowes GC's. I had to clear the eBay GC's from my cart but then I was able to log in to PP with no error and use my ebucks. I still have some ebucks though that I would like to use for Disney churning so I guess I will sit on those until GCM gets higher denominations back in stock.
