Starting to worry we won't get an ebucks promo before Jan...I finally have gotten all my Target converted to eBay and I am ready to go...

Well I just got my Target cards from GCM today and converted them into Disney. There were only $50 cards available so I had to place 5 orders. I put some clearance wrapping paper 3x, a clearance fitness journal and a small toy into my orders and received eBates for all 5 orders already. I am happy this round of churning is done and we are all ready for our trip in February. We even made our fastpass selections last night so nothing more to worry about. Getting really excited!

I think using the mobile site has done it. I am still getting some orders canceled but I've gotten a couple of $200 eBay ones through and that is all I needed to get the rest of what I had converted.

Okay, I was hoping to hear if anyone else has experienced not getting the email from target with ebay gc in it, lol, so I'm just asking again. Here is a bit of what I posted late last night, in case someone sees this but missed last nights' post, gives the main problem.

"So late Sunday night, early Monday morn I ordered the rest, another $300 in ebay gc's at target. So far all I got was an email saying my order was coming, should be in 4 hours it says, but I haven't received anything yet, but checking my online account at target, it says delivered!" And, actually, I just realized it was $350, 3 x $100, and 1 x $50.

And, tonight still nothing and I was so swamped at work I didn't get to call again today. But, tomorrow, I am off and I will be calling! Just hoping someone else has had experience with this and still ended up getting their gc's! Thx!

And, actually, I just realized it was $350, 3 x $100, and 1 x $50.

And, tonight still nothing and I was so swamped at work I didn't get to call again today. But, tomorrow, I am off and I will be calling! Just hoping someone else has had experience with this and still ended up getting their gc's! Thx!

Why did you have to place 5 orders? Does ebates only work if one gift card is in the order?

Because Target limits the number of gift cards you can purchase per order to 3 or 4 of each denomination, I think. If they had $100 cards available online, then I could have purchased $400 in $100 cards and $200 in $50 cards. I would have been able to order everything in just 2 orders if the $100 cards were available, but since they weren't it took me 5 orders to get all $950 in cards that I needed.

This was a problem back when Target had 10% off eBay Gift cards. Over on slickdeals, some people had their e-mails filter (most likely Hotmail and Yahoo e-mail filtering doing a poor job) and couldn't find their e-mails.

This was the recommended solution. Didn't verify it, hopefully it helps:

Cards marked as shipped but you didn't get the email or are having trouble retrieving them? To to TargetEcards.com[targetecards.com] and enter your order information. Enter 00000 for your zip code if it doesn't work with your real one. This should bring up a listing of your cards. Click print and a window will open with the code. If you get an error just keep trying.

Ok, I was wondering because I ordered $300 in Disney gift cards and only got $2.91 ebates cash back - weird amount. But I know I am not going to question it. Will try ordering just $100 next time and see what I get. I have enough for our trip next month already, so I will be saving for the next trip in November from now on - so I have plenty of time.

Again you can probably blame me for that. I just bought EBay GC with the last 10% Target sale. This was the first time I was going to try the EBay GC churning. I have until May though and if I recall so do you so hopfully it will happen in time for our trip.

For those of you that are spreadsheet keepers...
How do you factor in the delayed rewards like with Ebay bucks and ebates? I just used all my gift cards this last week at Disney and am starting over but have quite a few pending rewards that have already been counted into the savings of my last "batch" but I will actually be receiving the money and adding it into my new bunch of gift cards. I just like to keep clear what was my actual money out and what I turned it into, ya know?
OMG I am so type A. I probably just need to not worry about it.

I wasn't going to get right back in this fast but with CardCash being at 7% I couldn't resist.

For those of you that are spreadsheet keepers...
How do you factor in the delayed rewards like with Ebay bucks and ebates? I just used all my gift cards this last week at Disney and am starting over but have quite a few pending rewards that have already been counted into the savings of my last "batch" but I will actually be receiving the money and adding it into my new bunch of gift cards. I just like to keep clear what was my actual money out and what I turned it into, ya know?
OMG I am so type A. I probably just need to not worry about it.

I wasn't going to get right back in this fast but with CardCash being at 7% I couldn't resist.

In my spreadsheet, I have columns for rebates (and gift cards and even DVA) and enter them as they're earned, then enter transfer entries when I receive the rebate.
