I haven't seen any Target ads for Black Friday 2015, so I believe this is all speculation based on last year's deal. (If anyone has a link to this year's ad, please do share).
Like I said, based on last year's experience, last year's deal for 10% off $100 Target gift cards shipped via snail mail and it took about a week to arrive. I don't recall there being an online eGift card delivery option (probably on purpose as that would make it too easy for you to save 10% on gift cards, receive them almost immediately via email, and turn around to use them on Target's other Black Friday deals). Also note that last year's deal was limited to $300 in Target gift cards per household.
If you have a Disney trip starting 12/1, do not wait for any possible Black Friday deal on gift cards, because they will very likely not ship to you in time.
