OK, I made my first combo transaction tonight, and I think I could get addicted to this. I started very conservative, since it was my first time. I puchased a Target GC from Raise using my Chase Disney card (earning 1%). I also got an additional $5 off for first order. (That card was delivered within about 2 minutes. ) I then turned that GC over, purchasing Disney GC with the RedCard discount. I considered ebates too, but that seems hit and miss, so I didn't this time. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Wow! Thanks to everyone for the tutorials!

Sorry if this has been covered, I'm just jumping on the bandwagon now. Can I buy gift cards from Raise and take them to other stores and use them on Disney gift cards there? For example, I feel like I've seen a huge gift card display at CVS. If they sell Disney gift cards and I have a CVS gift card I can use that gift card to buy a Disney gift card in the store? The CVS post made me think of this. I know for a fact our local Harris Teeter has a large gift card collection too, I am not sure if they have Disney cards.

I think it's similar to ebates where you can only get it if you put something else in your order. I've never gotten them just for gift card orders.

I'm bummed I just saw this. Made my last Raise purchase for my upcoming trip an hour ago. At least I'll know for next time!

For swagbucks, I never got it to credit. I always had to report it manually and get them to put it manually on my account.

Here's how I 'spent' my birthday @ mypoints.com since they were kind enough to send me an email to celebrate my birthday with double points:
DisneyStore (4pts/$) bought a $50 gift card with my Disney Visa and will add this to my Disney Vacation Account when it arrives.
BestBuy (8pts/$) bought a $25 gift card using my AMEX Membership Rewards Points. Earns 25 more in both BestBuy rewards points and AMEX rewards points. Will take this gift card to BestBuy along with any reward certificates to buy Disney gift card(s) and add those to my Disney Vacation Account.
Target (4pts/$) bought a $50 Target egift card using $25 from 4 other target gift cards and $25 with my AMEX (earns another 25 in AMEX rewards points). Load the new $50 Target egift card onto my account. I guess I could keep recycling this through out the day.
Target (4pts/$) bought a $50 Disney gift card with 5% redcard discount using the just loaded $50 target gift card and will add this to my Disney Vacation Account when it arrives.

I am sure many of you are doing the same, but I have started to take the 5% saved on all my target purchases with the Target Debit card and put that money towards my Disney savings fund (which in turn just goes back to buying target/disney gift cards). I just put in $8.15 from my weekend purchases. It's not a ton of money but I figure since I go to Target almost every week all the small amounts will equal something before our trip.

Yay! I snagged two. It takes forever for ebay to activate gift cards from Target but I'm happy I waited.

Also, I got a bunch of points on the redperks app and am halfway to my first 5% off certificate by buying two $100 ebay gift cards. The app is in beta testing but I put in my old zip code in nc (27513) and was able to get the app.

This may be over my head....but can I: buy $100 Target card from Raise....use that for eBay card at Target.com with RedCard discount...use that card on eBay for $94 dollar Target card then use that card to purchase Disney online with RedCard discount at Target?
