CardCash sent each attempt through twice, including the 1¢ "test" authorization. Doing that triggered the fraud alert immediately. Completely their fault. Don't put the onus on me.
I know that I won't be on the hook for their mistake. My concern is more about their lack of customer service. If they cannot answer their phones and do not respond to emails, they are not going to get any more of my business.
Sorry, was not putting this on you. Working in retail and shopping online all the time I was actually trying to give reassurance that it would go away/fix itself. Whether you did it or they did it, once it is done, they can't remove the pending transaction at there end. They can call your CC company and release funds if the hold on your account is causing you problems using your card. This can be a big problem for those using a debit card, as you can imagine!! Again my apologies!!
