Disney Gift Card Deals

In Georgia and just successfully purchased a $50 gift card with the rest of my Best Buy gift cards. The cashier didn’t care. I also bought a USB that is regularly $18 and was on sale for $5 just in case. I needed one any way for school. Best Buy has a lot of good items for under $10 that you’ll need or could donate to charity.

Was able to buy Disney GCs with my $300 from cashstar last night. Hoping it still works when my SB gift card hits. If not no big deal I need a new filter for my camera anyway, and I'll switch to getting amazon and stocking away for the holidays. I'll still probably buy my Disney GCs from Best Buy until the SB bonus goes away.

Sister is in TX at the moment and ran to the nearest BB to switch over GCs. Didn't work at lunch. Went back at dinner to the same one added a $2 thing of Swedish Fish and was fine. Lucky we got out of that one.

I am happy to report that I was able to convert this morning. I bought a fixed $50 Disney GC and paid with $25 BB GC from SB and $25 CC (paid for with Ibotta). Very happy!!!!

I just tried in Cleveland, OH area and it didn't work. I bought a candy bar and a $50 Disney GC. Tried to pay with a BB GC and it wouldn't go through. Cashier seemed confused as to why it wasn't working

The BJs website still isn't working for me to purchase gift cards so I went with Sams Club and that seems to be a bigger win than I thought. I got $600 in gift cards from Sams for $571, but then I got 3% back from ebates equaling another $17 off. So I almost saved $50 off that $600. Not too shabby. Now I just hope they get here in time!

Also noticed new month at SB and was able to purchase another BB $25 egift card for 2200 points instead of 2500 points. This is my second purchase buying at a discount. I see confirmation of points used for both.

Maybe employees alerted their manager who alerted their district manager? I’ve seen employees on Reddit doing that with gift card deals when to many people start purchasing a specific brand. Why they won’t let us be great I have no idea.

At my BB every time I go other than Amazon and Delta, it looks like most gift cards aren’t touched. So I doubt my store would do anything.

I’m still going to cash my monthly discounted Swagbucks gift card at Best Buy. Can always find something I need or to resell for the cash.

Because you're talking about using a Rewards Certificate to purchase a BB GC and not one of the many 3rd party GCs.

Your BB sells Amazon? Mine doesn't and said it's prob since they see them as a competitor. I'd buy Amazon at bb with sb instead of 4x fuel points if they had them.

If you're unsure that's okay, I'm simply asking if anyone has posted this scenario before and what their out come was. Otherwise, I'll try this myself and report back. That way we have a definitive answer. I'll also include photos for verification if that helps out this community.
