Here's something I've noticed on a few recent orders that maybe someone can work into their churn somehow...
If you use Sears/Kmart Shop Your Way rewards, they have a shopping portal similar to ebates that earns you a percentage of your purchase back in shop your way rewards that can be used at Kmart or Sears. When
Disney store was having their promo for the free Cinderella's Castle play set with purchase, I bought a $125 Disney gc and a t-shirt to have spent enough for the free castle; at the time, Disney was offering either 25% or 30% cash back through SYW rewards, and I ended up with over $30 free to spend at either Kmart or Sears. I placed another Disney order last week through the SYW portal when Disney was having the friends & family sale and earned another $20+ SYW rewards. I just checked the portal today because I want to do another order, and the Disney store is at 20% back in SUW rewards. I have had success in getting the rewards to credit when buying Disney gift cards on the Disney store website, but I've always purchased other items as well, so not sure if just gift cards would credit or now. But, as long as the percentage back in SYW rewards is 20% or greater, and you regularly shop Sears or Kmart to maximize the use of SYW rewards, this could be a nice additional discount or addition to churning. I'm cashed out for this trip so haven't spent the time to try to figure out how to best maximize this, but wanted to pass along the info to anyone who wants to try to incorporate it into their churn!
