Disney Food Trucks

We are here with a cheer competition and would like to take our girls to Disney Springs tonight for dinner. It's too late really for reservations. I see the food trucks listed on the site. Any experience with them? Selection, good food, pricing, etc? Thought it would be a good way to eat and not have to really worry about getting a table.

I have no experience with the food trucks but there are lots of great QS choices at DS

Well, our plans didn't work out like we had planned. The kids stayed at the hotel to swim. I went with another friend and her daughter and we ate at house of blues. By the time we got there, the trucks were closed down.
