Food and Wine - Ghirardelli

Absolute favorite - warm drinkable chocolate and sparking red wine. Take one sip of chocolate and then wine and it tastes just like a chocolate covered strawberry, and I don't like wine at all.

Is this in the Festival Center?

Harvest-inspired Farmer's Salad.

Entree Platter:
Char-grilled Filet of Beef with Red Wine Butter.
Sustainable Fish of the Day (Tilapia).
Roasted All Natural Turkey Breast with Lemon Caper Sauce.

(The fish normally is served with Roasted Tomato and Pepper Compote on top, but that's not something I would like, so I asked for it to be served without it.)

I just had to put in a re-order of the beef, it was so delicious!

the ""maple butter" looked like syrup was just drizzled over salted butter.
I'm not sure I'd care for that. What was your opinion?

That was for one. I ate there a few weeks before Elevationist. I really liked the butter, maybe they've changed it but when I went it was an "orange blossom honey butter", so the drizzle was honey.

I had to look several times to realize that was a hard boiled egg on the salad...oy vey I am getting old.........and I have eaten the salad before too lol

That was for one. I ate there a few weeks before Elevationist. I really liked the butter, maybe they've changed it but when I went it was an "orange blossom honey butter", so the drizzle was honey.

You know, that makes SO MUCH MORE SENSE. When I ate there, I could have SWORN that it was honey on the butter. But when I looked up the menu to do my report, it said Maple Butter! If Gretchen says it was honey, and I could have sworn I was eating honey (and I love me some honey butter!), then I'm declaring it so, and that the Maple Butter is a misprint.

It sure was! I watched her ring it up, it came to a whopping $23.00 bucks! Then she applied my QS dining credit and zero'd it out. WOO!

Nevermind...I see you posted it above the picture! Guess I should of paid attention!

While not listed on menu boards as a combo meal usually, over the years I've used a QS credit for a turkey leg meal at pretty much any QS location that offers them. If I'm unsure, I always ask, and I've never been told "No, you can't do that." To be fair, I always go to QS restaurants, not snack carts, for them.
