Am I the only one that looks at those rice krispy treats and marshmellows and such that you cover in chocolate and nuts/sprinkles, etc and just feels sick? Those don't appeal to me at all! The thought of all that sugar.

Didn't use to. But now when I look at pics of them it reminds me of how sick I was after I ate a third of the one I bought on our last trip. That one sprinkle covered marshmallow gave me the sugar crash of a lifetime.

i'm not a big sweets person, but i got one last trip. i got it on a tuesday and i finally finished it on a monday - almost a full week! it's good to have as a late-night sweet snack before you hit the hay. i can't imagine eating the entire thing in one sitting! and believe it or not, that rice krispie mickey was still soft 6 days later. :thumbsup2

I cannot wait to get me some of the INB Chowder at Raglan! Love that! The soup and the bread pudding are also great...12 days and counting!

I was looking on the menu for Sci-Fi Drive-In and see a Butcher steak on their menu... I am not sure what that is, does anyone have a picture of this or at least a decent description of what kind of steak this is.... ( I fell for a baked steak once and thought it was cat food on a plate, don't wanna make that kind of mistake again!)

I haven't been there but looking at this link, it says the Hanger steak is also known as a Butcher steak ... maybe this is what it is? Hopefully someone will be able to clarify but thought I'd give you something to look at in the meantime.

Gotcha. I know it wasn't any of my business, but I was just wondering. Thanks!

A little OT but, I'm going to Disneyland for the first time this summer and was wondering if they have a Goofy's Candy Company or something similar to that there.

No they don't have a Goofy's Candy CO. or something similar. Sad, extremely!!! But if you are looking for a something really sweet they have Tigger Tails and of course Dole Whips. And some of the best beignets (i hope i spelled that right) out there!

Thanks for the reply. Thats to bad they don't have one :worried: but i've heard many good things about tigger tails. I'll have to give them a try.

Hi - never been to Disney World before... heck, never been to the USA before.

My signature says that I've been to DLRP before. I've been to DLRP - Disneyland Resort Paris - about 4 times :) Just a short hop from here!

Is it just the perspective, or are those the smallest scallops I've ever seen? :rotfl2:

I was wondering the same thing!

i thought the exact same thing: those scallops are miniscule!!!!

Nope - not just you guys! They were tiny!! However, I was glad they were so small after my chowder... I could only eat a few bites of the pudding :scared1:

 They are awesome!! I think I had on mine: dipped in dark chocolate, half covered in dark & white choc mini choc chips, half covered in crushed reese's pieces, then drizzled in caramel sauce :) You can make your own so you can have as little or as many toppings as you want!

You can get apples and just cover them with chocolate or reese's or something for a [slightly] healthier treat!!

Here's a photo of my favourite dessert ever... the Chocolate Tart at Sci-Fi!
