Disney Files Magazine...never gets mailed to us

It's a little annoying that I have to call and request a copy of this magazine be sent to us whenever the new issue is out (if I didn't lurk on the Disboards, I'd never have even known it existed).

MS doesn't seem to be much help when trying to make sure that we don't have to call again for it. They claim that we may have our address incorrectly somewhere...but we sure do get all the promotional info sent to us for adding on points.

Today, for the first time, I was told that I cannot request the magazine anymore...since I'm listed as an Associate and not the Owner...so my husband has to call. I can understand why...but I used to do it on our behalf before.

Oh well...from what I've read on here...I'm really not missing much.

You can download previous issues on the member site. I'm not sure when the current issue gets posted, but I know the last issue is available there now.

You really aren't missing much. You likely get better content here on the Dis.

Op you may have just not gotten it yet. We haven't gotten ours yet but we always get it,

It's not like it's a time sensitive magazine... hopefully you get yours soon. I won't even wonder where mine is for another couple of weeks

I would be happy if they would just post the current issue when due on the Member Site, then shoot me an email that it is ready....and save some trees...like the Navi in Avatar.

We get it mailed to us, but DH takes it into the bathroom to read before I can get to it and by then I don't really want it anymore OK TMI, sorry.

OP, you are not the only one. We don't get it either. MS is not helpful either. I have just given up. But like you, I sure do get the mailings to add points on.
