Can anyone who has done the Disney Exclusive Bering Sea Crab adventure recently please tell me about the dinner and tour portion of this excursion?

I haven't sailed to Alaska yet, but if you're a Deadliest Catch fan you should know this excursion is run by the captain who was so mean to Josh and Jake after Captain Phil died. That would spur me to the experience.
