DISNEY DREAMING! A Nov/Dec 2010 PTR *12/9 ~ Hello Again!

George loves pushing a stroller through crowds. Ninety-nine percent of the people will be just fine and you have no problem, but that odd person that likes to jump in front of a stroller and expect you to slam on the brakes? Nope, he just keeps going and doesn't mind if he clips the back of their heels. "You be a dope, I'm not going to stop!" he says.

I can't wait to meet you guys even more now - that's hilarious!

And I love that shirt you got Ariana! Sooo cute!

I wasn't sure if I was going to do it.... at first I was going to do stickers on calendars. I'm afraid it's going to be a battle keeping the chain up instead of Ariana taking it down and playing with it, but we'll see how it goes.

I love Chessie He makes me smile everytime I look at him. There was a pretty big selection of Pook a Looz.... Steamboat Mickey, Steamboat Minnie, Woody, Queen of Hearts, Tinkerbell, Donald, Pluto... many, many more.

I like slowly strolling through DHS and just looking at everything around me. All the billboards and memorabilia -- so fun!

I am the exact same way. I know people complain about getting hit by strollers, but hey, you run in front of me, I'm gonna hit you most likely. Why should I slam on the brakes and have my kids lunge forward. If people had any consideration for those around them, they probably wouldn't get hit.

Putting a little lightness on the whole situation, he still has a month before going back to school. We were kidding that he'd have one helluva "what I did on my summer vacation" story.

Exactly! Demetri is getting big for the stroller but it's much better then the alternative, "I'm tired, I don't want to walk anymore, my feet hurt, when can we sit down..." mantra. Oh and it carries our park bag too.

Not sure if you can tell from the picture or not, but the outline of Mickey & Minnie is raised stitching.... love it!

The timing of creating our countdown chain works out really well. Kathryn is coming to visit for Alex's birthday on Friday and will be here until late Monday night. She can help put it together!

Well hi there! to my PTR, glad you hopped over! George just laughs at me when I tell him we're going to the Disney Store "just to look around". There's a 50/50 shot I'll come home with something.

Great Disney store purchases! Yesterday I was in Manchester (NH), where our nearest Disney store is located, but sadly didn't have time to stop by the store... But I'll definitely be making a trip back before Christmas & before our February/March trip.

This past weekend George told me he wanted to take a day out from our vacation and go shopping on the strip in Kissimmee.

He's not content with bargains at Walmart, he wants SUPER bargains from way off property. He was shocked to hear each day had already been planned out with meals booked.... and that there was just no room in the schedule to go shopping.

Great news about your coworkers son! I hope everything continues to go well. My sister (the one who went to WDW with us in Jan!) was very, very sick with a brain tumor when she was a kid. She has 2 different surgeries in NYC to remove it and both times it grew back bigger. Her doctor sent her to a doctor in California who was able to remove it and it didn't grew back! As you can tell from my TR she's a perfectly healthly 40 year old women with 3 beautiful kids! I know firsthand that things like this can workout in the end!

I love, love, love the Handy Manny shirt! Ryan would love it too! I also love the shirt you got for Ariana!!

Did George really think that you were going to go for an off property shopping trip?! If it had been me I would have laughed at him!
