Disney Dream June 24, 2012 5 Night Bahamian

Well, it is looking more and more like this cruise for us will need to postponed (yet again)... DD wants to take two math type classes during summer, which would push her into junior standing in the middle of her next school year, and well, this cruise date is right in the middle of the summer schedule dates.... sigh.... working with travel agent now....

Oh no - let me know because I have OKW booked for a 2 bedroom.:sad1:

I'm so sorry to hear that!
I guess that explains why there was no countdown update this Sunday...
We'll miss you!
Hope you can reschedule soon and thank you for all you've done to keep us up to date.
Good luck to your daughter. I'm sure you're very proud of her.

The Disney Dream in port right now

We are still trying to find out if the local college here in town will be offering both of the courses, so no decision just yet, so we are still on - sorry, I was not around my computer all last weekend so no update - but there is one for this week posted.... DD really wants to vacation with the Starwood's family, so she is really torn right now.... so maybe the local college won't offer both courses and the decision will be made for her LOL!....

I hope this works out well for you and your daughter, Triptaker.

What a beautiful pic, Disneyfun1! Looking forward to being there in 35 weeks....

Just booked my hotel stay! :woohoo: Mom and I are flying in the 23rd and flying out the 30th so we decided to stay those two nights (23rd & 29th) at the Orlando Airport Hyatt.

Sounds like a great plan to me, Pikester!
Have been looking into that hotel myself for the 23rd. I guess I better get on the ball...

Congrats on the rooms! So far we have booked the 23rd at Bay Lake Tower, and still have to decide where to book for the 29. We have out return airfare purchased for the 30 in the afternoon, now we just have to book our airfare to get out there! we are hoping to take the red-eye and leave about 1150pm on the 22 so we can be in wdw about 930 am to have the day there.

We went with the AAA discount which makes the room around $171 per night with taxes. A little more then some surrounding hotels where we could even get free breakfast but this way we won't have to travel. I looked into the discount sites for the hotel but I'm not comfortable using them and don't want to screw it up.

We haven't been able to book airfare yet as the dates haven't opened yet with Southwest. I let my TA know that sometime around Nov 14th the dates would be opening just in case she wasn't aware. I will be so glad to get that taken care of. Fingers are crossed that we get good prices for both flights.

Going to work is really a bore...
While others say "there's no place like home"
I would much rather roam
Because Mondays - I've got 35 more!

So excited! Was able to get my Disney Visa $50 OBC! :woohoo: I booked using my Disney Visa but at the time the promotion only went to Dec 31, 2011 and we of course are sailing in 2012. Just looked and it now runs through to Dec 31, 2012. My TA was able to get the promo!
