Hey -- did y'all see this on facebook today?
"Hey DCL fans, today we revealed details of a new adult-only, deluxe dining experience that is sure to delight our guests aboard the Disney Dream. It's called Remy! Click the link to see details of this unique culinary experience. Can you spot the petite star from "Ratatouille" subtly incorporated into the design of the dining room?"
That sounds absolutely amazing. It says in the DCL site that it is 8 or 9 small courses. If we can get it, DH and I will definitely try it (although we'll also want a Palo night and, if we can't get both, we might have to forego Remy until our next Dream cruise).
I would be interested in getting the recipe for the White Chocolate Ham. I like white chocolate and I like ham, not so sure I'd like them together, but I am willing to try!!!
It actually was fairly easy. We bought a pre-cooked spiral sliced ham from the grocery store and cooked it according to the package directions (I think we warmed it for an hour and a half). We, of course, discarded the brown sugar glaze that came with the ham. Then, we let it cool for about 30 minutes, melted white chocolate over a double boiler, and went to town coating the ham with white chocolate. Then, we put the ham in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
