$1,717.50 each and I transferred another reservation, so guessing that is the price with the onboard booking discount of 10%

Very happy, just found one leg of my flight for $64. So total round trip $195, that is cheaper than I've paid in a long time.

Flights are my very least favorite thing to plan...Southwest has been outrageously priced lately. Airtran was $64, Southwest was $145

I'm so jealous of everyone that can book the fantasy today. We are definitely going to be on the MV for the fantasy though. I have a feeling we'll see a lot of the same people.

Dicecatt- airfare is the worst part for me too. I hate it! We ended up with a $64 airtran after the cruise and $99southwest before the cruise. But we have to take an extra day off of work otherwise the airtran flight was $180

Don't think we will be doing the Fantasy Maiden Voyage as DD turn 21 in March and wants to be onboard for her birthday....however if I could justify 2 cruises...MAYBE.......

We are not doing the Fantasy MV either. We may travel on her later in the year. I noticed that there is no stop in Nassua - at least from what I saw - I could be wrong, instead there is an extra sea day....I find this a plus (sorry Nassua)....it is a case of been there before....but an extra sea day...

I booked the MV on the Fantasy today, too. $3743.40 for 2 adults in Cat 6B (verandah). Its about $500 more than the our MV Dream for 3 more nights.

When I was making the reservation, I was asked which dining/show time preference I had. Guess they won't be sending out letter after the fact this time!

We currently have a 5C (7542) on hold until 10 pm tonight...price was $4,318.52 with a nonrefundable deposit of $772.80. I think I will be cancelling as I can't seem to justify the price for the Western Caribbean...which we've done already....I was hoping for some different "exciting" ports....

BUT....

Linda...if Jamie can't go....can I be your roommate?....I'm very tidy, I don't snore and I LOVE scrapbooking!!!!!

We Did It! We went ahead and booked The Maiden Voyage for the Fantasy. I know there will be more exciting ports coming up (which is probably the reason the deposit is non transferable, etc.) And we would love to do a Transatlantic, and Med cruise as well! But, we decided to go with the Fantasy and break in another new ship.

We got to do the MV of the Magic, will do the Dream, and look forward to the Fantasy.

Elaine... you'll have to plan another Jammie Breakfast!

Booked the Fantasy MV this morning. We are sailing on the MV of the Dream in January. We also sailed on the MV of the Magic in 1998 and the Wonder in 1999. So 4 for 4 on the maiden voayages. Yeah.

They have only gotten better as the time has gone by. So we are expecting a great time in January on the Dream and an even better time on the Fantasy the next year.

What do you expect for the festivities? Do you think its better to stay at the port the night before and get there at like 2 am to line up to get onboard?

or do you think you'll get a better chance of less lines by taking the first shuttle from the parks/airport to the cruise port?

Do you think there will be any other goodies? I know at the opening of the Baylake towers, we got a print (which i gifted to my friend), do think there will be anything like that for this sailing?

Do you think there'll be some special welcoming of the Dream to the ports (castaway and/or nassau)?

Super excited just waiting to see if there was any news on the festivities with the inaugural cruise, because most of the advertising has been for the inaugural year.
