Disney Dream Inaugural Cruise 1/26/2011!

We Did It! We went ahead and booked The Maiden Voyage for the Fantasy. I know there will be more exciting ports coming up (which is probably the reason the deposit is non transferable, etc.) And we would love to do a Transatlantic, and Med cruise as well! But, we decided to go with the Fantasy and break in another new ship.

We got to do the MV of the Magic, will do the Dream, and look forward to the Fantasy.

We may do the Fantasy. I mean, there is nothing like a good fantasy right?

Any way, we are going to wait. We will do 3 cruises next year. Maybe 4.
Might just go back to the Keys in '12. Maybe US1 from Fort Kent, Maine to KW. Who knows. It is a ways off.

A US1 trip sounds just great too! Complete with Americana stops along the way! Looking forward to being neighbors on 2 of those cruises!

There are two great staterooms now available on the Fantasy. You can book online now...they are Cat 9A Forward. They are the two OVERSIZED rooms:
7006 and 7504. I had released one of them. Go get'em!

My DMIL is picking up the tab for the Fantasy MV. We booked (2) Cat 9A cabins tonight. We were assigned 6502 for one cabin and the other is GTY. I think 6502 is one of the oversized rooms. This is great that this cruise will be during DD(15) & DD(11) Easter/Spring break.

The pricing for the MV during Spring break was actually cheaper than booking the same two cabins in July 2012. Either way its free for me except that DMIL will be with us (gratuitous mother in law joke)

I am a cat 11 GTY and she told me that none of the Cat 11s have beds that can be split! So, if you are in a cat 11, you are either sharing a bed, or one of you is on the couch
