Disney Dream Inaugural Cruise 1/26/2011!

I cannot believe that I haven't been on this board for months! Got my mailing the other day from DCL which reminded me that this cruise is coming up fast and I have lots of planning, chatting and meeting to do!
We have been so busy trying to plan out our vow renewal and WDW trip in October that 2011 stuff is on the back burner....but I am ready to plan!

Hi Kaylee, I have not been on here in a while either. I just have one too many cruises booked for 2011 and I can't keep up with all of them.

Are you doing your vow renewal in WDW in October? What dates. We'll be there the week of the 16th. I would love to come and watch you renew your vows with Scott.

Ok, too many cruises booked in 2011....is that possible?! We have 3, and I haven't even started thinking about the other 2 (10d Mexico B2B with repo to Vancouver) either.

We are working on finalizing the dates of the renewal with DFTW, although we had thought of being rebels and just doing some makeshift event on our own (we looked into renting the Grand I but didn't like the looks of the boat). We will most likely be there around the 16th, but not sure any details yet (I am totally off my ball on the vacation planning thing). Will keep you all informed. I know Marilyn will be there around that time as well...and Monica said she would be there with bells on!

Hello Everyone, I just finish reading al 59 pages .... and we are very exited to be sailing will you all on the Dream MV

We just make our reservation a few days ago since we were not sure if we can do this cruise since we are also going to WDW this April and again on the Magic on October for the Halloween cruise... But Finally things put themselves together and here we are ready to be on the MV next January.

Here is our info, and we will like to be added to the list

We Have a Category 5A
And our Stateroom is 10534
We are Gold Castaway members
We have Late dining reservation

This is the first time we will be participating in Diser's activities, so we are very exited, and please count us in for the FE, Fastpasses, etc.

Also we will like to contribute with the Lanyard committee

Was looking at the pictures from the shipyard and it seems that the stern of the ship is not there yet. wondering if they are building it somewhere else and floating it to peice together.

Looks different from the picures Disney has. It shows the stacks as red with a white mickey. Do you think they are going to paint this or are we in for some magical surprises?

We will get off and hit a local grocery store for some island supplies I can not get at home. Plus ya gotta get those ship in port pictures. As well as a plate of rice and peas.

I'm on the Wonder LA to Vancouver repo. I'm a silver cc member and my booking window opens on Jan 27, while on the Dream. Can I book onboard, without using the Internet? Anyone else ever had to deal with this issue?

Awesome picture! Last time I was in Nassau, Senor Frog's was closed due to the impending hurricane. I got to watch them take down the signs on the outside of the building.

You can never have enough DCL cruises booked. We also have four for 2011 and that is only through July. So there is room for more to be added. LOL

Awesome picture! Last time I was in Nassau, Senor Frog's was closed due to the impending hurricane. I got to watch them take down the signs on the outside of the building.

That picture was taken before the day hurricane Hanna came close. They were boarding up some of the windows when we left Atlantis. We missed out on the second visit to Castaway Cay because of the storm.
