I will miss the hairdryers in the bathroom and all the shelf space and the steamer trunk, but all of those plus comments are amazing!

Q - Regarding the lights: • Lights in the cabins won’t work without sliding a room key (or any similar shaped card) into a slot at the front of the cabin. Any thoughts on putting an AARP card in and leaving it there for the cruise?

I also can't wait to be on the cruise. Watched the Christening and I began to "leak" from my eyes, Whats with that! I guess I can blame it on the meds!

Leaving early Saturday morning for Disney and I can't wait. Also can't wait to meet everyone finally!

So when I put my kids to bed, closing the curtain between their area and our bed area, typically on the Magic/Wonder could you swivel the TV over to watch from the bed area? Or is it "reading" time?

i am excited to hear they are saving stuff for us....so is there going to be a special Dream Dooney and Bourke purse or just the regular DCL ones....i have wanted a purse for a while....what time do the shops open again???? i need to run up my stateroom bill as fast as possible!!!

besides a purse we just want a frame and tshirts...surely no one else wants those things too??!!

also so glad to hear they are excited for all of us...i know there will be surprises in many shapes and forms for us on board...number one just finally seeing the ship in person. Hearing Linda and everyone talking about how big she is makes me excited to explore!!! I am just sad we do not have time to get together with Linda for a scrapbook session...she really is the queen of scrapbooks!!!! She will just have to make kits when she gets home and we will all mail off for them! (hint hint Linda....)

Cseca, I feel your pain. I was just told by my DH that the day we get home from the cruise, he has to jump back on a plane and fly to Germany for a business trip. So, I get to pack yet another suitcase.

But all is good and we will all get to relax and enjoy in just 6 more days!

that will work I used a WDW card today to keep the lights on...

Today has been fantastic, Castaway was empty, and we had the pool to ourselves for a while too. Aquaduck is SUPER FUN. We rented a hobie cat today and the cast was talking about how excited they are for the "first voyage", referring to the Maiden.

Just to let you all know too, because I know there was a lot of concern about paying so much money for a voyage that isn't really "first". some stuff is closed right now...Aquaduck keeps shutting down because of media. They are taping all over by the pools so no deck chairs are out, and there are radio booths set up along the entire deck 11. There is filming in various places, and when they need somewhere, they shut things down or kick people off. So truly, not everything is fully functioning on this cruise
