Disney Dream come True 8/28/2011

ok. i think I may be the last one to go PIF.

we are flying down on the 27th (air not yet booked). Staying in Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani. Dinner at Sanaa. Yehaa Bob afterwards

driving to the port (renting a car) on the 28th.

I dont have firm plans while aboard - which is how we like it.

When we return, we are staying at Beach Club Villas in a 1BR. I need to start making dining reservations for the 2nd half of this trip...

Doing Hollywood Studios on the 1st, Animal Kingdom on the 2nd, Epcot on the 3rd, Magic Kingdom on the 4th and a Water Park on the 5th.

Our kids will be doing the "Wild by Nature" Youth Educational Series in Animal Kingdom early on the 6th. We will fly back on afternoon of the 6th...

And school starts for the kiddies on the 7th.

That's awesome that they let you choose...I wonder why I didn't have an option? Did you book your wdw trip along with your cruise or separate? We did ours all together in one package...

I got nervous & had to go look & my res. to make sure I did book the ground transfers. Yes. I booked all 3 parts of the trip separately, so maybe that makes the difference.

We're planning on flying in the night before, staying at the airport and taking the DCL bus to port the next morning. I managed to reserve a Palo dinner for me and DH (woohoo! Date night! ), and we're planning on doing the Atlantis beach day in Nassau. We're super-excited, making packing lists, planning FE gifts, designing t-shirts and magnets... Hope that we see everyone at the cruise-meet!

Wow i think i did alot in a day and a 1/2. first i finally subscibed to the thread here yes my own thread
I pre booked everything they wanted on DCL gave all info and signed the kids for the oceaneers club too. we got the early 11:00am - 1130am .i think that was the boarding lol do not know first time doing this .
next post will be day to day as much as i know for know

then it is working on FE gifts
then T-shirts if anyone wants to borrow my vinal nation mickey cruise line image for a shirt feel free .

If anyone wants one please give me size and shirt color ? The only cost would be the cost of the shirt ? and $2.00 for the Iron - on paper

OK here goes what i know so far but there is a work in progress and keep in mind I love Disney and commando mode

August 26 departure day
arrive at LGA at around 1130-1200 for a 130 flight arrive in mco at 430pm
then pick up rental car and grab a quick bite on the way to the port check in at Best western take a grandpa nap hope fully take a dip in the pool relax and then find a place for dinner .

August 27
since im doing one of those timeshare tours that is going to be the first thing sat morning after that ?????? have no clue I will do what i normally do scout the area to see what we can do without spending alot of money .

August 28
will hopefully not call this hell day lol we have 11-1130 am boarding but i will get there when they open this way hopefully i can get on as early as possible maybe they will mistake me for Kevin James and put me on before everyone else . And hoping to catch up with alot of everyone here before we board too .

I booked the cruise last year, then earlier this year decided on the pre-cruise part. Almost did Universal for the post-cruise, but we're going to save that for next year when DS is a little bigger to enjoy the rides.

Lucky you, getting to the port as early as you want to! I never really thought about how late the DCL bus was going to get us there. I was worried making O'hana reservations for 8:30 thinking that would be pushing it. I think we'll have more than enough time. Well, maybe by the time we get to the port there won't be much of a line. Great start to the plans!

we will beat you to the fast pass line . I know a quick way i will wear shoulder pads and since im pooh sized scream and yell and pixie wish i will not have to tackle to many army men along the way
