You are going to LOVE the show! At least I hope so. I can't believe I got such an awesome seat at the last minute. Got to meet up with a friend for sushi afterwards too... and did some shopping... so it was a fun day overall!

Finally got my cruise docs today- yay!

Yes - you must tell me how you scored your tickets! I'm getting pretty excited for our trip, as I just made lunch reservations and worked out how everyone is getting to NYC today. There are 12 of us going...explain to me how I always wind up organizing these things?

Speaking of organizing things...it's only three days until my birthday, which means three days left to firm up FE plans! Please, please, please let me know ASAP if you don't want to participate, or if you do want to participate last-minute! Has T&G been around lately? For some reason I was ambiguous and whether or not they were participating...I'll have to send a PM.

I just kept checking telecharge- it helped that I just wanted a single ticket... but even so, they've been scarce to extinct whenever I've checked before... unless I've wanted to go in like September. Or get a partial view ticket during the week. I just about died when I saw one pop up last night for today! (and no I did not pay $400 for "premium" tix! Normal price is quite expensive enough...)

My son is booked with our friend in the room across from ours. He got his cruise docs yesterday. The rest of us got ours today. I wonder how they send these out? We live in the same town and are booked through the same Travel Agent. I would have assumed we would have gotten them at the same time. All in all though, I am just happy that we have them. Now I will be on the look out for our Magical Express tickets for the end of our trip.

Since I'm travelling from Pop on the bus, I'm not sure I'll be there by 2:30 to join you all at the meet. I hear the buses come in a little late. I do hope so, but if not, I hope everyone has a wonderful trip!!

3 days till Vegas... we are going to Cris Angel's Cirque show-Believe. Looks freaky cool. HaHa

3 12 hours shifts down...1 to go tomorrow. I am so ready for a little break!!

Soon we can start packing...YAY. I love packing...just not unpacking.LOL

I just checked out the prices for the Fantasy next summer...WHHHAATTT is up with those prices?? I looked back in March and for my 4 in a veranda it was going for around 5800. Now it is concierage (SP?)only and the price is 10 grand!!! are they crazy? no way I am paying that. Carnival's Dream to the Eastern in a suite is only 4200. IDK what the plan is yet, but I am NOT liking DCL prices right now. My first cruise was with Carnival, it was a ton of fun. It is not DCL caliber, but to save 6-7,000 it may have to do. My girls love both line.




BTW...we can officially say we are cruising next month!

Totally new subject but just realized that the Phineas and Ferb movie is being realeased August 5. I wonder if it will be playing during our cruise! My daughter would flip!!!

ME too... We were on board last time when they premiered Enchanted. There were special pins that night and it was a HUGE event.

Yay, we are leaving one month from today! Got all of our travel docs for the cruise, but still waiting for the Magical Express tags to take us to Polynesian on the 5th. I think those usually come about 2 weeks in advance, if I'm remembering correctly...

DD and I spent the morning yesterday assembling the kid FEs. She keeps calling them Goodie Bags...and she made sure I made one for her as well, LOL. Now all I need to do is label each one, once the list is finalized with room numbers and everything. SO EXCITED!!!

I also got a special pillow case to get the character autographs on...that should be fun!

Got the Passporters Cruise book from the library--though it's last year's version, so while they talk a lot about what the Dream WILL be like--it doesn't give many specifics.

Need to get back to hard core DIET mode from now until the Cruise. I totally fell off the diet wagon in the past 2 weeks. First my in-laws were in town...so eating out 1-2 meals per day with them, then we took the trip to NYC (I think I had french fries with EVERY meal...even breakfasts!), then 4th of July week/weekend...trip to 6 Flags, BBQ, ice cream....ACK. A little afraid to weigh in!

Your post is reminding me to get to Michael's soon and get a photo mat for signing....yes, my husband and I are dorks and want to have the characters do this for us

The guest services desk - and include whatever colors of sharpie you would like for them to use in the bag, your name and room number, and maybe a little treat for the characters to say thanks

We have done the photo mats and the pillowcases every time we sail. It is just a great reminder of our trip. Just remember to mask off about an inch around so the characters don't sign to close to the edge, just incase you want to frame the picture later (lesson learned early on).

FE gifts are about done!!!

Started assembling FE gifts today! One item in our bags is somewhat perishable (trying not to give anything away!), so I'll have to wait until the week or so before we go to put it all together. I made up one as a sample today and I like how it turned out, though!
