Yes. You can go to excursion desk once you board. You can also check on a daily bases because some one may cancel and then there is an opening. Also once you board you can go to the adult district to get any Palo or Remy reservations. I am waiting to do my spa days to see the daily specials most on port days. I got an awesome discount on the villas last time because I did it on a port day.

Do you remember what kind of deal you got?
I am excited about the rainforrest...I have never tried it before.

I wish we could book rainforest passes online. It's been 10 years and we still think of that scented shower when we think back on the cruise!

Under gifts and ammenities you can buy a pass...15.00 plus 1.00 service fee. I think I will just wait until I get there. Please tell me what all is included. I have hear that there are hot tubs on the deck...whata view!

On another subject...I lost power last night. It didn't come back on until 11:30 am. The storm was awful. I saw 2 huge trees uprooted. Luckily they didn't fall on the houses that they were by. We just had small branches down. This weather has been the pits since last November. Hopefully we have a nice Summer, but I am not counting on it. Crossing my fingers for NO HURRICAINES!!!!!!!!! OR TROPICAL STORMS FOR THAT MATTER.

Just forked out 700.00 to get my DH's truck fixed today. It broke down the day after we paid off the cruise. Less DOTDs for us...just kidding. DH said he was going to pick up a few more days in June. Hopefully he can!

Yeah--I noticed that, though sometimes they offer a couple's rate and/or a multi-day rate, so I guess I'll wait until we are on board.

You know, it's been so long, i can't recall all of the details, but the big things I remember about Rainforest were the hot tub--that WASN'T totally crowded, the heated stone chairs, and the big one for us was the scented rainforest showers. We were traveling with DH's kids and my ILs, and for me, Rainforest was the place to escape for an hour!

So its our first time on a Disney Cruise and today was the first day I was able to book excursions (I think)....

Well cabanas sold out.. Tandem Jet skis sold out...

For those who have had previous experience, do they leave some reservations open or are there other means to get a cabana or on the jet skis?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Family Cabanas were already sold out at midnight 90 days out when I could book; I keep checking- you never know when someone will cancel. But there are so few of them to begin with.

Told my DS (10) that we were not able to get the cabana or jet skis and he said "its ok... its gonna be awsome anyways"..

I guess the pressure is off but I still would LOVE to be able to surprise him...

My favorite strategy at restaurants is eat first, ask questions later. Over my spring break I wound up eating rabbit and head cheese this way. YUM to both. SERIOUS yum to the head cheese. I am having trouble calling it head cheese because it was really just the most delicious pork sausage ever conceived of by man. Can I call it that instead? I would have never gone for it at the time if I had known ahead of time what it was

Speaking of being brave and a little crazy....the brides ahve been blogged! Enjoy.

I read on the boards today that you can now use gifts cards in the gift shops. This is great for my girls. I like to get them gift cards for special occasions...much better than charging it to the room.
