Disney Dream - April 3, 2011 - 4 nights

That is what it means. Are you on the $/3 and 4/7 sailing?

Hi...was this in response to my post? If so, yes...B2B stands for Back 2 Back cruises. That are about 5 families (I think) that have been posting on this thread that are booked on both the 4/3 and 4/7 cruises :thumbsup2

:welcome: m2house :welcome: We are from Georgia as well and doing the B2B on 4/3 & 4/7. I have DS7 and DS2. Are you driving down?

jetskigrl- I am afraid how much ours is going to weigh as well. Luckily we're driving, so it's just down to having to carry it onboard. :scared1:

we're on the 4/3 and I have two daughters, one turning 14 on April 23 and one turning 16 in June.

So I had a dance comp sat and I think I sprained my ankle!! I really really really hope it gets better before the cruise!! Goodness, that'd be horrible. Excited to meet everyone though!

Soak it in an Epsom Salt bath. It really helps! I hope you feel better before the cruise!

jetskigrl - Are you flying in the day before? We are staying at Residence Inn at the port the night before.

Yes, since we are coming in on Saturday also. We have a room at the Country Inn and Suites. There are some others that are staying at the Raddison also. I don't recall if anyone else is at the Residence Inn.

I think most of us are going to try and get to the port early in hopes of doing an early Dis Meet at the terminal while we are waiting to board :)

Hi Everyone! :yay: We had a baseball tournament this past weekend...so I have been busy...plus I think I chemically burned some of my fingers while trying to get the baseball stains out of my son's uniform...so my typing and mousing fingers have been sore. So I haven't been typing much...I know that's a shock...I usually post a lot! :rolleyes1

Welcome to our cruise m2house! :dance3: I will add you all to the first post! We are staying at the Radisson the night before the cruise...a bunch of us plan to get to the port early...and try to meet each other there. Anything with lime green mickey's...like on a tote or on a luggage tag...might make us stand out! We have some other graphics, too...just refer to the first post in order to locate them. Have you all cruise Disney before? Please let us know if you have any questions...or if you have any tips for us! We have a great group here! :cutie:

Also welcome to all the teenagers! If you want me to add you to the first post...please let me know! :cool2:

pirate: Okay...so we need to get down to the details of our DISmeets...

pirate: At the port we should be able to spot people with DISigns or green mickeys somewhere in the chair area. Let's just shoot for the middle!

pirate: DISmeet on Nassau Day 2...Here are the choices...(1)Deck 14 forward at Outlook...(2)Deck 13 forward all the way to the front of the ship outside...(3)Deck 4 aft on the right side - outside of the Skyline Lounge. Time: 9AM

pirate: Mango Rum Run on Nassau Day 2...Choices of where to meet...(1)We can just leave from the DISmeet and head to the gangway...(2)We can meet right outside of the gangway on the dock - and if they have two gangways...we can meet at the one closest to getting into the port. Time: 10AM

pirate: If I am missing something or something needs to be changed...just let me know. I know that finalizing these details needs to done soon. princess:

I hope that everyone is off to a great week! We have another tournament this weekend...15 teams in our age bracket...60 teams all-together...it's going to be a monster of a tournament! :upsidedow

BTW...So EcbLovesMickey is going to be missing out on the party at the Radisson! That's okay...I will have a drink and some nachos for you! :lovestruc

Gee thanks ;)

How's the new team going Crystal? Are you guys kicking butt and taking names?

We're into soccer season now, but it has been COLD and poor DS has been playing in long-johns and a coat. I am hoping March goes out like a lamb since it had most definately come in like a lion this year!

I got my doctor to write me a prescription for the motion sickness patches to use just in case. I was sea sick once in a gale on the North Sea and I have been uber-careful ever since.

I am all for a pre-docking meet on the Nassau day, I am not bothered where. I also say if we miss anyone meet up with us on the dock, we'll be the crazy ladies with the Mango Rum Run bags and Minnie Mouse ears! :earsgirl:

2 weeks and 5 days to go and still so much to do!!!
i gotta finish shopping for clothes and things
go to the gym for last min toning lol (gotta look good jk)
and the main thing deciding what outfits to take and pack!!!
help!!!!
but hey its almost here!!!!:)

Hi everyone, I made bright/lime green mickey tags myself. They will say "DISer" in black tied with white/green ribbon. Looking forward to meeting as many in our group as we can!!

Have a great week!! Looks like us Mi folks might get out of the deep freeze!! :)

Gee thanks ;)

I'm so sorry about the flip remark in my earlier post! After reading it just now...I really sound like a ...... Totally didn't mean it that way! :goodvibes

As far as the ball team...didn't kick butt this past weekend...but we were also matched with the toughest teams. We have the potential...just need to put it together. I keep reminding my husband that we just left our other ball team 4 weeks ago...and we have only had three practices with this group (Our fields don't have lights...so weeknight practices were out.) Anyhow...my son played very well...and is killing the ball...(I hope I don't jinx myself with saying that!) :headache: We shall see what this weekend holds...

Happy Wednesday!

jetskigrl - Are you flying in the day before? We are staying at Residence Inn at the port the night before.

We are staying at the RI on Saturday night also...we aren't leaving until Sat morning so it may be late evening before we arrive (8 hour of so drive).

Haha, Crystal I was just joking too :rotfl: That's the problem with the internet, you can't tell inflection ;)

Trust me I would rather be by the pool instead of in the car with the boys for 8 hours. I still say we have midnight margaritas (or maybe 9 or 10 o'clock margaritas  )

I woke up this morning feeling sick, I am hoping it is just from lack of sleep, but there have been so many bugs going around here I am afraid I have caught one...

EcbLovesMickey- I felt the same yesterday and so did a friend of mine in another state! Think it's weather change...not sure. I was in the bed most of yesterday but feel better today:) Feel better:wizard:

I was able to finish up my under 8 girl fe:banana: Now onto the rest :yay:

Only 15 days till we start our drive  17 days, 7 hours, and 35 seconds till we wave goodbye to the folks on shore and set sail on what "Dream"s are made of :cloud9:

My son tyler, with hards casts on both arms really wanted to go to Atlantis for the day and do the water slides! Bummer that is just not going to happen now! He will be in the cast for his right elbow at least 6 weeks and his writst and hand 8-12 weeks. And the doctor would not put them in a waterproof cast for fear Ty would be more mobile. Grouch!! :rotfl2: :rotfl: haha So, originally I was going to stay back with Ty and now Paige doesnt feel good about going without Ty and I imagine Matt and Jay will bag it as well. I know Matt really wants to go and I have encouraged Jay to take him but my guts says, we will all be hanging as family come Nassau! So, I am so in for the Mango Rum but wondered what everyone is doing after. I really want to see and hang out on a beach or maybe hang out a local hotel with a pool and access to a beach.......anyway, I had all this info at some point but when we chose Atlantis, I must have dumped it. Anyway, going back to the boat may just be what we will do too. I am sooo going to let Ty get in the water. it is just not fair for him to watch from the sidelines so to speak, and maybe when we are at nasssau the pools wont be so crowded. Anyway, all help advice and opinions welcome! I cant believe we are sooooo close to being there!!
