Disney Dream - April 3, 2011 - 4 nights

DontRushMe - When are you all planning on arriving at the Radisson? We hope to get there sometime after lunch...and hopefully be able to check-in. And then we will be hitting the pool! Nachos, drinks, the sun, VACATION! We will be sure to say hi!

Crystal we are arriving on Friday, our only plan for Sat is to relax by the pool. It is actually DD9's REAL birthday so she will be 10 when we leave on the cruise. She is so looking forward to it. I made her a birthday shirt but I guess if she is in the pool that won't help you find us. But it will be by us on a chair.

Awww I think we're going to miss the pre-party at the Radisson. We are driving down straight all day Saturday then have dinner plans in Titusville, so we won't be at the hotel until 7 at least. How about a Midnight Margarita Meet?

Meeting on board: I saw a trip report where people said there is seating outside on Deck 4 and very few people realize it/hang out there. Here is a video I found. You see it at the very beginning and end of the video. Perhaps we could meet there before the Rum Run??? Crystal, I can't remember where you suggested!

Meeting at the port: I think either seating area Crystal mentioned would be fine. Whoever arrives first can stake out some space. Just keep those DIS bags prominently displayed.

I waited too long to order one so I took an iron on, printed the Mango Rum Run graphic on it, and ironed it onto a free bag I got from some conference, it actually looks great! So I'll have a navy Rum Run bag on my shoulder!

Well, I got my FE gifts finished over the weekend. I organized them by cruise (since we are doing B2B) and by location on the ship. Then I put them in a small duffle bag. Just to see, I decided to weigh the bag and it came out to 25 pounds (Yikes ). Looks like I'm going to have to add another carry on because I can't afford 25 pounds in my checked luggage, LOL.

I also got the last couple of clothing items that we needed. I found the most beautiful dresses at Sears on clearance for DD. One she will be able to wear on formal night on the MR cruise next year (and it was only $19.99). Another she decided she wants to wear for dress-up night on the Dream cruise even though it may be a little too dressy
