hey guys, im glad you are all well and excited about our cruise, we never got our docs! fed ex man couldnt find us so took our stuff away, thats pants, any how, im severlt pissed of because i fell boxing night and broke my radius and ulna//arm/wrist,, anyhow, my marathon and half!! it is just rubbish,severly depressed, im still coming though ( i hope xx)

cant wait to meet you all.

I hope things get better for you soon - 2012 will start out on the right foot - hopefully your injuries will heal and in just a week and a half will be going on the Dream!!! Hard to be depressed when surrounded by Disney

I am so excited about the upcoming cruise!!!! We have never been on a Disney cruise before and are hoping we have everything in order. I packed a suitcase already just filled with FE gifts My partner was tired of looking at them all spread out in our house, so I packed them up by room number and person and packed them - I never thought it would take up so much space.

We have traveled much further and longer with only back packs, but are thinking it will be 3 suitcases for the 2 of us this trip :0 It is hard to pack - we have swimsuits, sunblock, casual, beach wear and formal attire - all for four nights! Then 3 days at the Contemporary with jeans and tshirts.

We are leaving the day before, and decided since we get to Orlando at 11 in the morning will rent a car to see International Drive - heard the world's largest McDonald's is there - will have to pay homage to that.

See you all soon enough - happy New Years!!

When we drive...we always like to stop at the world's largest McD's for a breakfast!!! Enjoy!

One of our other favorite breakfasts that I would recommend to everyone is Boma buffet!!!

for a speedy recovery, sorry your marathon plans did not work, we will be there cheering on folks as we can no long do the races due to our bad knees. Hopefully it will not interfere too much with your fun on the cruise!

It does seem like you need so much more luggage for a short cruise than a longer trip. When you empty your suitcase of FE gifts, you will have lots of room for souvenirs!

I'm actually packing a couple sample packs of detergent...and fabric softener sheets....to try and get a few loads done after the cruise is over and we are at POR.

Man do I need a vacation!

Monday night our car was stolen -- out of our driveway! Tuesday morning DH went to go pick up the babysitter. He comes back in and asks me where we left the car! Tuesday was taken up by filling out police reports, calling the insurance, and doing lots of paperwork. We also found out that several neighbors cars were broken into as well. It was starting to set in that we probably weren't going to get the car back. Then this morning DH was dropping my daughter and I at my cousins 2 miles away. We turn down a street and spot a car in a cul de sac that looked an awful lot like ours. We looped around and went into the cul de sac.. sure enough it was our car! Our tags were still on it, car seat still in it, etc. We could hardly believe it. The police came out and took fingerprints and talked to neighbors near where it was parked. They had thought about calling the police when they realized none of the neighbors knew who's it was - but they figured that the owner would come back for it.

It's been a crazy week! I can't wait to go on vacation!

I have found Purex fabric sheets, that have detergent and softener in 1 sheet that you throw in the washer and transfer to the dryer - they travel really well, look like thick dryer sheets.

I hope you are all getting in the mood. My crew is exactly one week from departure...at this time next week we should be arriving at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

We are flying out Wednesday morning! Just one last question about FE. Can we deliver on any day or are we going to assign days to spread out the gifts. We have done it both ways before so it doesn't matter to us, just didn't want to miss something.

Lots of January Birthdays! Mine is Saturday after we get off the ship First time ever I'm gonna be at WDW for my birthday! DH and DD have been for their birthdays many times, so it's a big deal for me

I have barely thought about packing- just started making a list last night. I know I'm really behind. It seems like last time (years ago) there were lots of little extra things we brought with us and I can't remember what any of them are.

I did order an FE from Etsy - very very cute, but much smaller than I imagined!

What are folks doing in Nassau? At first friends were gonna cruise with us and they were going to take care of something for all of us to do that day, but they have had to cancel. Is it to late to figure out a way to go to Atlantis?

The last time we cruised we brought our Mickey kite with us, and it was absolutely the best part of the cruise (flying our kite on the adult beach) -- but I noticed that kites are on the banned list now. There goes our plans for CC!
