We will be heading out in the next hour of so also.

See you tomorrow.

Take me with you!!!!! :-) Drive/fly safely everyone! See you all tomorrow!

I was thinking how neat it will be, after we get back and the depression subsides, to read through all of these posts! I can feel everyone's excitement!

We are all packed
Flight leaves at 7:00am so to bed early tonight.
Feeling a bit jealous, sounds like a lot of you have already started vacation. :(

We can't wait!!!!

The packing frenzy continues here, although I think I do see a light at the end of the tunnel!

Welcome to Florida, for those that have arrived from other places! And I hope those that are flying in tomorrow have safe, delay-free flights!

Kristin

Here's to tomorrow! Canaveral has had rain/lightning and thunder since we arrived. That all ends tomorrow! :thumbsup2

Yes, that's right. No rain or icky stuff tomorrow...and through the entire weekend!

Sweet DREAMs everybody! See you at 3:00!

Kristin

Just a last minute confirmation...are we all meeting up at 3pm, whether we are doing the original FE or the Guppy FE? If anyone knows details, please let me know. We are involved in the Guppy FE, and would love to meet up with you all. Great opportunity for the kids to meet and have "friends" in the kids club!

Good Night! See ya'll tomorrow!

Yep, everyone is invited to the meet at 3:00...regardless of FE/GE involvement! Bon Voyage Lounge, in the Atrium! Woohoo! See you all in a little while!

We have a port arrival time of 11-11:30. Maybe I'll bump into some of you there, although I'm not sure what everyone looks like!

I should be sleeping, but I can't!

Kristin

Getting ready to check out of the hotel and we will be taking the shuttle over. Since we booked 30 days out our port arrival time is 12 but we would rather be there than here :) We got up at 515 this morning to watch her come in - she was a little early as she was already pretty far down here.

Soon, very soon!!

Heather

We are on the bus on our way to port. So far everything has been as perfect as expected except the guy next to me in the plane who thought his elbow fit better in my seat than his. No nap on the plane and a twisted sore back for me to start out, but by golly I'll be smiling Mickey ear to Mickey ear :)

I'm having a difficult time adjusting back to real life
Sorry I didn't get to meet any of you all, or maybe I did and just didn't know it.

We are home too.

It will be interesting to see some pictures if anybody has any to post.

Who knows, maybe we were always running into each other even if we didn't know who we were:thumbsup2

What a great trip, fantastic weather, smooth sailing, who could ask for more than that?

Thanks to everyone for all of the fish extender gifts, although I have no idea who a lot of them came from. It was always exciting to come back and find things in the fish extender.

My fish extender gifts should be easy for everyone to figure out. They were mainly things that you could easily identify as coming from Canada :thumbsup2

We made it home safely too! I cried, of course, saying good bye to our servers this morning. :sad1: I was so overcome I couldn't even say goodbye to all the nice CM'S saying goodbye to us! I need help for sure ~ such a sap! :rolleyes1

Not sure if you guys heard or not but when we were talking to our server about leaving Nassau so late (2am instead of 5pm?) I had asked him if it was normal and he said no - first time and it was due to excellent guest surveys and high markings so it was a "treat" for all the hard working CM's to enjoy a little R and R. I thought that was very nice :goodvibes

We had a fantastic time and can't wait for the next time.

Kristin - Jacob ended up playing with JM a couple times in the Lab and he wasn't in there all that much. He always looked for JM and said he had a great time :thumbsup2

Samily - you were my designated person to see almost every day ;)

Years ago they used to stay late in Nassau all the time but not so much in recent years. Nice of them to "treat" the Crew members.

I saw Kristin around a lot in my daily travels. :thumbsup2

Hello everyone,
We made it home last night at around 6PM. After being bumped from our flight, and delayed about an hr. at MCO. Not the happest about that, but thats the chances you take when flying nowadays. My TV didnt work either. it was stuck on univisiton ( spanish channel ), I told our Flight attendent (Carlos)and all he said was "Now is a good time for you to learn spanish". I know there wasnt much he could have done, but he didnt have to be rude about it. Other then that our flight was OK.

We had such a great time, and it was nice to meet you all. Thank you so much for all the FE gifts! It was very cool to find them every time we went to our cabin.

I have a ton of pictures and will be writing an article for Milliverstravels.com ASAP. Ann will aslo have an article about the food on the ship, as she is the foodie writer for MTs. If you havent been to the site before and like to read about travel, go on over. there are quite a few of us from all around the world, writing about our homes, travel and the trips we have been on. Its a fun site! Check it out.

Well Im off to get my laundry done!...:laundy:
Cant wait to see everyones pictures!:3dglasses

Have a great day everyone:wizard:

Since this was our first cruise we started slow but warmed up to the flow quickly.

Now I know why everyone I talked to said "your first cruise won't be your last". Now I know they were right. My daughter cried as we were leaving the ship and we were heading to Disney world. We were talking about our next cruise while eating breakfast the last day.
The FE was great. Thank you all for the special treats. We looked forward to going back to the room just to see. Handing out the FE's was fun and was a good way to explore the ship.

I am glad we decided to do DW after our cruise, I think if we had to go home after the cruise we would all be too depressed.

Three more days of vacation and it's back home.:headache:

We had a great time! The first day I didn't think cruising was for me- too many lines, etc., but by day 2 I had warmed up to it all ;) I made my facebook album public for a bit so y'all can see my pictures, I'll also put a few here as well.

Facebook album with 103 photos

Our view of most of the characters the first few days- kept missing them lol

Caught up with Goofy on Pirate night (my oldest was watching the Avengers and missed this...):

Us at dinner in the Royal Palace- we had the big round table under the glass slipper chandelier (we were cruising with another family of 4 so were 9 of us total). Was really nice, but too big we had to shout across the table!!

By far our favorite thing on the cruise- Castaway Cay! We rented a cabana and it was so great! I could have spend several more hours here. We ran out of time to bike. We even used the kids club (just for an hour) here and dh and I took a long fun snorkel out to all the buried stuff :)

We are thinking of doing another over spring break!

Oh one thing that was disappointing- we staying on the 11th floor and the doors weren't magnetic :- I had printed out ears for the porthole... ah well haha.

The kids club was great for my 2 youngest- they did a wonderful job with Thomas (who has down syndrome) and he begged to go nightly! We did the dine and play and it worked out great.
