Disney Dream - 7 April 2011 for 3 nights

Just spoke with Disney and for the "Orlandos" we may not have a cabin assignment until day before the cruise. They told me hopefully I will know sooner but there is no guarantee. As soon as I know I will let you know...if not, will tell you on the ship.

Wow...that stinks! No worries...you can be first on my list under "mystery cabin!"

This will be our first cruise and want to know what to plan for. One of our friends did a FE exchange and they said they only gave gifts to the kids. Just let me know. Thanks!

That is a great question..I think it needs to be individual because not everyone has or is traveling with children. However with that said, If I come up with a great gift that I can put together for a couple then I would love that too.. Tommi Jo will have to let use know our rules for our FE..

I don't know if we have any official rules...but when we did the FE in September...most people gave either a cabin gift (for those not traveling with kids...like us)....and then if there were kids in the cabin too...items for the kids. It's really up to you. I know most people traveling with kids would say...give the gifts to my kids. I would.

I don't know if any of this made sense or helped out. I know money is tight everywhere...so don't stress...and don't break the bank...it's meant for you and your family to HAVE FUN!

Good morning cruisers!!!!!

We're finally thawing out here in Indiana...which makes me want to get on that beautiful ship tomorrow! No worries....it's coming sooner than we think!

Please PM me your email address (those of you who are participating in our FE) so I can send the detailed list out. Our cutoff is March 7, 2011!!!

DIS meet...with the two sail away parties and the muster drill at 3:45...does anyone know/have you seen when the other DISers are meeting on board the first day? I've seen most of the meets being held in the Bon Voyage lounge...just off the atrium on Deck 3 (I think). Any other ideas???

I received my FE today and I would highly recomend Gradysmom on EBay if you do not have one.. She did an amazing job.. With that said, seeing that most of our FE people are on the floor above me I wanted to change floors.. Alas, Our cruise is sold out..Rest assured though that I am right next to the middle elevator so less walking.. As large as the boat is we are going to get a workout already..
