Also good news - - I was able to get my dining change to early so I don't have to worry about that issue when I get there!!!

I also decided last night that I need some activity to push myself and start life over so I am going parasailing. Did it once at Disney but they go higher at Castaway Cay. I am terrified of heights but I'm going get up there and yelll out all my frustrations - -- can't wait!

You sound like a fantastic group!!! Thanks for helping me.
I'm still here til Saturday morning. For those leaving soon -- - Bon Voyage -- oh yea - - I'll see you later.

Bill I am so sorry to hear about that. Always one of my biggest fears that something like that will happen right before vacation. Keeping yall in my prayers for a speedy recovery and another trip, soon!

We leave for WDW early early Thursday morning. It is SO much work to go out of town! My husband brought the dogs to my MIL's today and I cried when they left! I had to pack all their stuff up, I am scheduling and writing guests posts, etc. for my blog, husband hasn't packed a THING, cleaning house, giving neighbors keys and info as well as to security guard, etc. etc. I am tired, I need this vacation as a trip from all this PLANNING!

Hoping to get a lot done today and tomorrow before we leave!

To our Dis friends,

We have a horrible situation going on here in St. Louis and have had to cancel our cruise. Hopefully we will be able to rebook with Disney for another trip and not lose all of our money on it.

My DS Stephen rode his new bike down a hill and went way too fast and couldn't stop in time and crashed. He ended up smashing a section of his spleen and is in the hospital waiting to find out if he needs surgery or just bed rest for the next eight weeks or so. Out of all the needles for blood tests, nursing student mistakes, and the misplacing of his catheter...the most painful part of the night for him was when mommy had to tell him that he was not going to meet Mickey Mouse this week after all.

We wish you all a most joyous cruise. Keep us in your prayers.

Hey Gang!

I'm so sad for little stephen the brave. And for mommy and daddy too! What a bummer!

I'd like to go ahead and collect their FE gifts for them while we are on the ship. My inlaws are sailing in room 9526 and have agreed to hang an FE on their door to collect Stephen the Brave's little gifts! (They were not participating in the FE in general). If you would like to still drop FE stuff for this family, please leave it at 9526 (right next door to me) and we will bring it all home and ship it to them. I know I'd sure appreciate the pixie dust and package if it were us.

I would like to see if anyone would volunteer to help me out in that if it is too much stuff for me to drag home (with all our stuff!), I'm looking for a person or two who would split the load with me, take some of it home, and ship from your place too. If you're willing to help out, please let me know and I'll make note to get in touch with you on the ship if I need to!

And... if you have an extra magnet or little touch of something that you'd like to leave for my inlaws for helping us out, feel free to leave that for Anne and Gary

I have Maxxumusers address if you want to PM me for it should you wish to send a postcard or something.

So sorry to hear about the accident. Hope he heals quickly and you can reschedule your cruise. If he knows that you will still be taking the cruise, but at a later time, that may help to keep his spirits up.

Sorry we will not get you meet you and your family, but you've got to take care of your own.

Angie, we are acutally mailing items home after our stay at THV, so we can take some stuff also. (Plus you wanted a peek at our room!!)

Denise, DH knows way better than to mess with me and packing!! Even if we are packing a car! Good luck stand your ground.

The weather this past year has been out of control!!!

Our Magnet party was a huge success and it didn't rain, overcast but no rain. It was beautiful.

Seven more loads of laundry before I can pack. No I'm not packing all that, just can't figure out what I want to take!

Need to really get work done ... but I don't want to.

I could get the FE things too them pretty easy. It is just Josie and I travelling so I will have too see how much room we have..

As you can see from my previous post I won't have room in the suitcase to help bring stuff home...unless I toss DH's clothes into the ocean before we head home. After all... Isn't that what Verandah's are for????

Wonderful idea about the FE's for Steven. Poor guy! My heart really goes out to you all..

I have only packed my wallet LOL
I did get a decent bathing suit on sale with a birthday gift card I got. But I usually end up with 3 bags for me alone. I want one bag and a small carry on. Denise - - your husband would kill me

If I can email anyone my picture and they can get it on I think I figured out at least how to email - -I can't get beyond that and I'm not sure if it's right.


Oh yeh -- I remember hearing about lanyards - what is that for? Is it necessary?

wow....so many things have happened since Sunday. This work thing is interferring with my trip planning! I am just thinking about what I want to pack for me and DH. How I'm going to fit in the FE gifts.....
