Is the only place to get Disney Dollars outside of WDW or Disneyland at the Disney Store?? Can I take my debit card in and have them take $$ off from that to get DD? Thanks for any input!

You may be able to order them directly from WDW.

Yes, you can use your debit card to purchase Disney Dollars.
