Disney Dollars - Gift cards?

Howdy - Seem to remember reading that Disney Dollars are no longer available (with the characters printed on them) - something to do with being counterfeited so much (which is sad but such is the world we live in).

We are traveling with my three nieces and in the past have always given them some Disney Dollars to take as spending money. Can I get hold of something like a Disney gift card or pre-paid debit card that we can put cash on in the UK before traveling?

Ideally we would like a card that we could get hold of soon and maybe put money on a few times through the year as a way of saving up for them.

If the card had a Disney type picture on it that would be even better!

Disney Dollars are still available as far as I know. Just used the search and no mention of them ending. Not 100% certain though as I have not bought any since last year.

You can pick up gift cards anywhere in Disney, they have them on every counter, usually about 6 to choose from with different characters on.

Both these options are while there, don't think either are available in UK, Dollars definitely are not, gift card wouldn't work with the exchange system.

Disney gift cards are available to but on their USA site.They then ship them to you.I have done this before.You can only buy them in fixed amounts like $20,$40 or $50.Am not sure exact amounts so you would not be able to just keep loading them weekly or monthly,you would have to buy at one time.Hope that makes sense.Check out their US website for more details.
