Unfortunately not. You could always make up money with pictures of characters (stuck on toy money) on it which you could trade for real Euros when they want to buy something
Whilst you can't get Disney euros, you can get some cool disney coins. They hold no value in shops but are a cool little present to give to kids and they only cost a euro or two. If I remember correctly they're about the same size as a £2 coin. They come in a 3-4 different designs the best being a picture of Mickey next to the castle.

I'f forgotten about the coins, even thought we have a few. I think the main reason for the interest in Disney Euros is that posters are hoping for something that can be used in the shops
