When does Disney announce what discounts they are going to give in 2010? I know last year they offered the 4/3 in January and then the free dining plan...when were these announced? We are contemplating a trip for 2010 but money is tight (just like everywhere I'm sure!) and can only go if they offer either one of these discounts. Not sure when they offer them though.
