Does WDW condone these sites? If not, I'm not sure why the DIS mods are allowing all of these threads when we have no idea if they are actually trolling the WDW site and possibly causing problems or just creating buzz by having a certain unknown percentage of notifications turn into reservations as long as you pay for the service.
Scout works for me. Apparently Cape May Cafe was just released early this morning and I got several notifications from scout at 1 am then again at 5 am.
FWIW it worked for me. I was able to book an Ohana reservation for dinner in November with it. One tip though, make sure your computer or cell phone is already signed in to the Disney page. Once you click on the e-mail or text telling you of availability, it brings you right the the reservation page for that restaurant UNLESS you have to sign in.
Yes I paid the $3.99, and I'm more than ecstatic I was able to get CRT for 4 PrePark opening during FD! I was stressed for a second because I had to cancel another ADR which was a character meal too but wanted CRT for my DD.
We are going Oct 31-Nov 6 so we have MNSSHP limiting dinner ADR for MK on our 1st 2nights, and add free dining makes ADR's even more difficult.
At first I did feel getting the app was futile, but I said for $3.99 not a huge investment even if I got nothing at least it would check everyday til we arrive. Good Luck!
I'm going 11/14 - 11/20. I've gotten notifications for several of mine that I have searches set up including several 1900 Park Fare dinners (trying to get an earlier time so I just keep moving it up little by little) and a Chef Mickey's brunch. I feel like I get a notification at least once a week but sometimes not necessarily the time I want.
We're going November 10-18. I've managed to score a Tusker House 8am and Crystal Palace 8:10am. Stuff keeps popping up all the time. You'll get something yet!!
I wonder if my settings are right - when u go to subscriptions and payments there's a view button - does that do anything? I click on it but it Never opens and I purchased 7 searches

That "View" button doesn't work for whatever reason - it's either coded wrong or they haven't linked it to anything yet. I've purchased 4 searches and I'm confident it's searching for me. I've had 1 notification so far but not for a time I wanted so I bypassed it. None of my others have pulled anything yet, but that's not Scout's fault. If there are no reservations being cancelled for the times I want, there's nothing for Scout to notify me about.
It's a game of patience. Just waiting for that 45-day mark to come - most likely will be some cancellations then...
I was able to book 2 of my 3 ADRs after Disney Dining Scout texted me. I'm still waiting on the 3rd. Love this service. Much cheaper than Disney Dining Buddy. I was able to change my time at Le Cellier, get a BOG lunch, and now I'm waiting on 'Ohana.
The moment Dining Scout sends you a text for CRT dinner for the exact time you were looking for but you don't get the text until an hour later because you were driving to work
