Disney Dining Plan Age Cutoff??

Does anyone know if there is an age cutoff for the meal plan from adult to children? All I see is Adults $39 to 69 and children 9.99 to ?? My 13 year old boy eats more than I do . Any advice greatly appreciated.

13 is an adult.

Children are ages 3-9. Anyone 10 and older is considered adult.
