Depends what you want in a meal, since Skyliner includes all of Epcot and DHS too if you have park tickets.
DO you want characters?
Do you want a particular type of food?
There are a LOT of options available to you
The wave is good
GF Cafe is good
Then there is Ohana which used to be a must do for us, but somehow got worse
Or Characters and buffet at 1900pf
OR...
For one extra boat ride each way, there are all the WL and FW options.
