I received an email today - as we are leaving for WDW soon - 3rd trip this year so I thought it might be of interest. This is what it says after the poem-like greeting/message:

It has icons for WDW, DL, DCL and Alunai - When you click on the WDW one, you see the graphic shown below.

That's the gift??? A picture in email? Really? Here y'all go - in case you don't get one - consider this your holiday present. You are welcome.

Ugh.

I mean thank you. :)

I mean it's pretty, but...free gift doesn't generally imply "a picture sent by email"...why does Disney have such a wrong idea about gifts?

I got the same email: I don't consider "e" pics, cards, vids or anything else "e" to be gifts...

Just sayin

I've gotten a few "gifts" like that from various companies in the past few years. They could save their time and money IMO - an email picture doesn't really equate to much and is not in my definition of gift. It's more in my definition of junk mail. :rolleyes1

Reminds me of when we were supposed to get excited about the little short cartoons that they produced for 4 or 5 weeks.

I guess we should be happy Disney did not require that we attend one of the Special DVC dinner events for $200 a plate to pick up our free gift.
