Disney cybercafes?

Are there any and where are they? How is WDW set up for internet access in general - does anyone know?

Although I am not very technologically savvy, I do recall there being internet access available at Disney Quest. I am not sure about anywhere else though... sorry!!!

The resorts have dial up access through the phone. At Disney Quest some sites are blocked when checking email.
