Disney Customer Service Book

I just got a new job! The main focus of my job is going to be improving the customer service and employee moral. Even though I've been doing this for years, I feel you are never too old to learn.

Does anyone know of a really good book about Disney and their customer service? I looked on bn.com but before I purchase I was looking for some personal experience.

I'm pretty sure it's available at any bookstore - as well as online (Amazon, etc).

I read Lee Cockerell's book a few months ago and it was a great read. He has lots of Disney stories so it makes the book that much better!

I have this book, it really is very good.

I ordered Lee Cockerell's book from Amazon but haven't received it yet to compare.
