Disney Cruise points

Can you book a Disney Cruise with points and then upgrade to concierge with cash? I didn't see the option for concierge on the point chart.

Suggestion...rent your points and use the money for the cruise. That is what we do but just not concierge. It usually proves to be a better value.

Yes you can do what you are thinking about, if you bought your points directly from DVC or resale before March, 2011..
One time I looked at upgrading at the port, we were given a price that seemed outrageous to us.
