Last month some of you may remember my previous rant about disney cruise dumping us with nowhere to stay for hurricane irma. I am happy to report that after a series of emails and phone calls disney cruise line apologized for their mistake and has reimbursed me the money i had to layout for the hotel stay at por resort when cruise was cancelled... I am the first to admit i jumped to conclusions to soon in my bashing of disney cruise line and should have given them more time to rectify the situation as disney world has always been known for its great customer service.
