A week or so ago our DD spoke with Bri's Supervisior, because of all the questions and changes that have been made since Cathy left and Bri took over.

If you have been reading this thread for awhile DD has asked for a couple things people had allready done here, Color on the Cake, floral from an ouside vendor....Well when Cathy was the coordinator she ws told "SURE NOT A PROBLEM" Well now there are "NEW" people in charge.

She was told by Brianna's Supervisor, that things had gotten out of control with the requests, and now that she was in charge it would not happen anymore. She said the reaon the cost of a VR and a Wedding was going to be the same is because people doing a VR want the same things as a Wedding so the price would also be the same. These are all the changes comming up for 2010....now why they are doing it now as I have said before is beyond me. I am assuming that someone else took over and the power is now in her hands.

I do not remember the other ladies name but those are the answers
DD got....has anyone else talked to Bri's Supervisor??

What theme did you have for your wedding/VR and which characters (if any) did you incorporate into your theme?

Our theme will be more color than characters but we do have a small character theme running through (on invites & favors maybe) which will be Eric & Ariel.

Just interested to see who everyone picked

Our colors arer silver and pink and we're having Mickey and Minnie touches throughout.

I'm not Betsy, but we received our packet 1 month before (I just checked some of my saved e-mails from that time) and in it was all the confirmations of the things we wanted; flowers (we ordered extra right from the cruise line), the champagne, the ceremony details, the music, Palo issues....

We had our VR in Jan of '08.

Hey Cheryl, yes that helps...I'm not looking for anything outside the standard package, only bringing my own first dance song, so I'm not anticipating any problems...cheers

I did not request anything outside the standard package either...I sent an email to Brianna last night and haven't heard back as to when I should expect to get confirmation.

DisneyDmbNut, thanks for posting that....I thik that DD sent hers back allready or she sent something back since she spoke with a couple people to get clarification on a few things....she just went ahead and sent it in.

So I believe she is pretty much set now, I know she has been working on the welcome bags and a few other things now that she is within 4 months (yeah she is a planner) and wants to get things done while her DF is home (he travels for work M-F) so she is ahead of the game so to say. She had to take her dress in to have it bustled a week or so ago and will pick it up again in August. I had posted a link to a Planning Blog she started with a few things on it in here a wek or so ago and things are looking good.

Again thanks for posting this I will have to ask her if this is what she sent back allready or if it was something else.

she probably sent back the list of requests..that is due about 3 or 4 months before the cruise..that is where you pick the bouquet, music and such..I have that on my work computer but it is several pages..

She should get the above form as the final confirmation at the end..I got it with 2 DFTW luggage tags and folder..but I don't know if they still send out the tags and folders. I know Lisa got them but everything changes so fast

I love my luggage tags....get comments on them all the time.

Well heres hoping they get some cool luggage tags I know we got some nice ones when we booked for something but I can't remember what trip they were for.....lol I didn't use them I put them away thinking the airlines would trash them....I am sure she would love to announce it on her luggage also (like the huge bag with a wedding dress won't be enought on a flight) thanks again girls

I heard back from Brianna this morning and she emailed the confirmation documents. I asked if I would be getting them mailed/fedexed as well but haven't heard. If I only get them emailed then I assume the luggage tags are no more? The only thing I think is incorrect is the cake. It is listed as round and I asked for the contemporary design. Hopefully she gets back to me soon to confirm.

My onboard contact is Rodrigo and the civil ceremony is at 3PM.

Maybe I am just getting nervous since we are 2 weeks from leaving and I don't feel like I have had a lot of contact. I know Brianna is very busy but now that we are so close I would like a little more attention

Maybe she e-mailed you the confirmation to put your mind at ease, and the originals will follow via the mail.

I heard from Brianna and it sounds like I will not be mailed the confirmations. She has asked us to review the document and fax it back after we have signed it. There were 2 mistakes on mine...I requested the contemporary cake and it listed the round one and she added the correct photo package information.

I asked about luggage tags and she said I should get them sometime next week.
