Disney conference and EMH

I'm really excited. I'm off to a conference entitled "behind the Disney Magic" at the end of March. I shall be getting to go behind the scenes and find out how Disney "do" conferences and events. Can't wait. I shall be staying overnight at the Hotel New York which is a first for me. I already have a Francilien passport which obviously does not entitle me to EMH but I am assuming that because I am staying onsite EMH will apply. Can anyone explain to me how EMH works ie. how do they know you have stayed at a Disney hotel the previous night?

Oooh sounds great!!!

When you check into any onsite hotel, you get a hotel ID card with your room keycard. Its your hotel ID card you show at the gates of the parks to get access for EMH .

As said it's the Hotel Easy Pass that allows you entrance to EMH

Apparently we get to go to Adventure Land on Friday night after the park closes. Shame it isn't Frontierland - I'd never be off BTM!
