New York, NY--Wall Street opened up with a compelling shocker today as the Dow Jones was missing <DIS>. After a busy scuffle to locate the company, it turns out that Eisner has closed up shop.

Everywhere around, the sign of doom and misfortune permeated, Disneyland was vacant, the movie studio was boarded up, and corporate headquarters had a real estate sign out front.

Standing in front of the Walt Disney Company Logo, a perturbed Michael Eisner addressed the crowd.
"It appears, that the legacy we leave behind today... ahh, who am I kidding....” A short 11 second announcement of his plans to close the Disney enterprise and jackknife capitalism in America.

Roy Disney an advocate for the immediate removal of Mr. Eisner said, "What! Are you kidding! This is ridiculous! Impossible!"

After a relentless campaign to oust Eisner, Mike finally took a coarse unforeseen by his adversaries. Rather than face an unruly mob, pandering dismay on his reelection campaign. Eisner shut the lights on an $80B monolithic enterprise.

Steve Jobs said, "I was only kidding about not coming back to you Mickey!"
