Disney Channel Games 2008???

the one thing is that Disney usually does everything well - so I'm sure there will be some sort of plan for those on the field. I guess we'll find out Saturday when people start picking up their tix and will see what is in their envelopes (besides the DIS All-Access passes, of course! LOL)

P.S. For those of you who are new to the thread - the all-access pass is a joke! LOL

Anyone know what the "Friday night activities" are that are not opened to the general public?? Any new info on Friday tapings? Or is it still TBD?

I have not been able to find the post describing the "Friday night activities".I think I know what they are.Could you please give me the Page number where you read the post.Thanks.

I am getting really scared about this whole thing. It seems very complicated.

This is why I am making a list of questions to ask the person at the ticket counter when I go to claim my tickets on the 27th.

1. Approximately how many people will be on the field?
2. Will there be any autograph chances at all during the concert (including down time)?
3. Will the field be organized at all? Or just us mushed together?

Any other questions for the list?

The answer to Question 2 is yes,but VERY limited-you will have to really be "on your game"! I was able to get autographs form Nick Jonas,Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas at the 2007 DCG Concert-my hearing is SLOWLY returning!LOL

I will be at the DC Games. I was very lucky that Disney has done everything they can to get me there! I am very excited to go and represent my team.

By the way, the teams don't know who they are until we get there so if anyone is posting teams and colors....they are just guessing.

And, I will be doing my Brand New Concert! I will let you know when and where as the dates come in. Right now, we start as early as the end of May. More details to come as soon as I can share!

Yes,I THINK it probably just refers to the DCG All-Star Party. It was held on Thursday night last year which was the night before the 2007 DCG Concert,so that would make sense that it would be on Friday night this year. ok so what is it that the orginal post said? because yeah i see "." there too......BUT earlier today at work i saw what she had written (is it the thing about the friday night events not being open to public and to plan you dining then or something) and then not so long ago i swear i saw the post say "deleted by poster" or something.. and now... it just has a dot!

THANK YOU! I bet you thought I had "lost it" when I was talking about the "."!LOL That is SO strange,but VERY interesting! Maybe there is a simple explanation we are not "seeing"?I have NO idea what it means.Yes,my GUESS is that it will be at Epcot's The American Adventure again since Disney Channel is now familiar with "setting up" the area for the Press Event,etc.,etc. so why change? Also I would think the DCG Stars absolutely LOVE the private lagoon-side IllumiNations Party! I tlooked SO awesome(from a distance) last year.

To everybody who has asked about Unnamed Location I am SO sorry but I don't use the PM function.The only reason I mentioned it was because I listed the autographs and the locations I got them in in my "Holy Guacamole"LOL (according to SarahV17) post on page 113. It is REALLY not anything that SPECIAL-if you walk around Champion Stadium you will walk through this spot.You may not even think it is any better than other spots. I stood there for 30 minutes at a time without seeing any Stars,but I also had great success there. This thread has HUNDREDS of views each day so if I describe the location,I am concerned it will be packed because people will go there thinking it is "special" just because they see it described as "special" on here when really it is not that "special" anyway!Does that make sense?Again I am sorry for piqueing your curiosity,in hindsight I should not have mentioned it. Let me sleep on it and I may still describe this spot and "take my chances"!If I do describe it I assure you it is going to be so anti-climactic!

I am hoping that if they all head over to a park it will be Friday night during the P&P due to the much more managable crowd size. I would love to think that enough of these kids are still "kid" enough to want to do MK. Who knows. This time next week - I'll be in WDW!!!
