Thanks to everyone for the view of the pictures.
I can attest to the fact that the tickets may have been wasted, but the spaces were not. There was a girl in front of us that did not have a field wristband and I talked to a mom who actually got gold paper to make herself a field wristband so that her dd did not have to go to the field by herself. I guess I am a little dim, but I thought she was saying that hers was too tight, so she was making one that would be looser, but then I realized that she could've gone to the table and showed them that she needed another. So I am sure that there were many others trying to beat the system. She was behind us in the blue section but somehow made her way up in the front farther than we did! Her tickets were given to her by a friend working on the production and her dd did not even really seem to be that interested in the stars - didn't know who Demi was and knew only WYLMITE by JoBros. Her ds kept asking why they couldn't have just left him at Disney Quest.
Anyway, I'm glad that things turned out well for most.
I'm sorry for vafarmmom and her son's bad experience. Hope you recover soon from your health problems. Prayers for you and your ds. Thank you o&l's mom for trying to do something that Disney should have.
I did meet someone from the board, but as a younger member, she wanted to keep her identity hushed. We had a good time talking about some of the information we got here. But as far as approaching anyone with lime green on, I was just too chicken to be looked at like I was a freak when it turned out to be someone that would not have the remotest idea what I would be talking about. I am curious if Joe had on a navy t-shirt that had Fairview FD, rescue or something like that on the back. If so, I saw you!
Anyway, again I would like to say
thank you, thank you, thank you to all.
