Disney Card trip special offers

HI Everyone, Just wondering approx when does the DIsney card send out info for the advance selling of trip specials? IE: 20% off room rates, free DDP, etc.
We are looking for late Nov/early Dec. I know it won't be anytime soon but for saving up I'm just wondering.
