Disney can't link my tickets

Trying to link my 6 park hoppers. I was unable to do it online or on the phone. Been on the phone for 45 minutes with Disney, and they still haven't been able to link 1 ticket yet.

I had a similar situation in that my party of 7, the 5 adult tickets would link but the 2 child tickets would not. I was assured it was no issue, just copy the FP+ selections to the childrens tickets when we arrive. Super, except that the kids would be riding TSMM during another time slot as our current choice was sold out. So I cancelled all the TSMM to choose a time when we could all ride together. None avaiable so now we all go standby (being able to check an attractions availability before canceling out entirely would havebeen very helpful here). I also had to give up our Illuminations and Wishes FP+ that week because the spaces were unavailable to add my niece and nephew.

FP+ and I were not buddies.

Well that was a good use of an hour. They can't figure out the problem, so now I have to call ticket services tomorrow to waste more time.

Are you trying to link paper tickets? I have some tix from 2008 and the system doesn't recognize them.

The way I see it, that should have been their problem, not yours. If their system can't link your tickets, and then can't copy the times on those two tickets to match yours, they should have offered you 2 "anytime" fast passes for TSMM. If they don't offer it, ask for it. It's the least they could do to fix their bugs.
