Disney canceled my Mine Train FP for Sept 27

If this was a problem last year, then I have to think they could have made this decision before people started booking FPs 60 days out this year.

Once again, Disney expects guests to jump through all sorts of hoops and commit to things many months out, but have no issue with pulling the rug out and making changes after those plans were made.

I would settle for nothing less than an any attraction FP that worked on 7DMT if that's what I lost in this deal.

I think it wa beacuse of the halloewen party. I'm going to the party on the 21 and they cancelled all my FP after 4pm.

I didn't even see his tweet.. Didn't think to look there. I follow the main site. I just went and looked and saw. Well, he's usually right, so I think the hypothesis here held steady about the party night fiasco vs. "refurbishment".

This only scheduling until 6:30 on a party night, must be a new thing. I know last year, I had a FP+ for Mine Train from 6-7 on a party night. I think I had BTM from 5-6, but it was down, and I had a substitution. I forget what I had 4-5.

I would not be the least bit interested in Disney's excuses. They can do whatever they want. But the need to do it BEFORE they start issuing FPs 60 days out. The cavalier way they treat people's plans is getting ridiculous.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. They want YOU to commit. But they feel no need to do so themselves.

I just got off the phone with Renee. She was very nice and explained to me what happened.

I was told the same thing as someone else... It was a system Glitch!!!!

She told me to not mess with the changed fast pass. They are reversing the system and it should come back within 24 hours. She said that if I changed it it might not go back to the original 7dmt FP so just leave it alone for now. If not to call back and they will fix it but it was a glitch that all FP after 6 on party nights were rescheduled.

Seems others got the same message. So I guess I'll wait to see if it gets fixed.

That was exactly the message I got from Harmony when I called. I was not happy when I got the email that my 7DMT from 5:55 - 6:55 on a party night had been rescheduled to an Under the Sea at 1 pm.

Really? Under the Sea? We are not even going to be in the park at 1 pm.

I completely understand about clearing guests out by 7 pm for the party (and we are going to have party tickets that night, too), but FP should not affect the 7 pm closing issues. The standby line might affect the 7 pm closing, but every time we have used FP for 7DMT we have waited about 2-4 minutes. That shouldn't affect the -people still in line at 7 pm thing at all. They just need to shut down the 7DMT standy line at 6 pm if it is the standby line that is causing the problem.

I believe Harmony and Renee. It was a system glitch and we will see our FPs for 7DMT back soon.

Add another experience to the "canceled" list. We had a 6-7 Buzz and they changed it to 2:10-3:10 Jungle Cruise. I don't have a clue why they did not make it at 2:10-3:10 Buzz that was opened. I went in and changed it myself to 3-4 Buzz. I guess I am leaving Food & Wine at Epcot an hour earlier than I had planned. Not too big or a deal for me but, some of you really got the screws put to you. I am so sorry and I hope you can at least get things fixed somewhat. If they knew they were needing people to be finished with the fastpasses by the time the party started, they should have done this sooner as PP's have said.

Same thing happened to us. We had Buzz 6-7 and they changed to Mad tea party 3-4. ***? So I changed it back to Buzz.

Wow this is crazy!!! I don't make my fp for another 30 days but I can tell you I was planning some later ones on the party nights. I am going on Halloween which will be a sold out party

We got changed from HM 5:55-6:55 to PP 2:35-3:35. Not a terrible switch other than we will not be there before 4pm... Following to see if it was truly a glitch or poor planning. I did mess with the change hoping to find something later but nothing past 3pm was available (likely because we have something already).

So far they have left me my 7DMT on a party night from 5:15-6:15pm. We have MNSSHP tixs for that night so maybe that and being before a 6:30 end time helped(?). although someone posted all there 4pm to 6pm passes were changed.

Interesting theory. I wonder is this has anything to do with dates past 10/3 not being available for a short period of time. Our FP+ window opens tomorrow at midnight. We don't have MNSSHP tickets, so I'll see how late I can get a FP on those days.

Great point! Almost like they hesitated while they made their decision.

Sounds like another tall tale to cover their butts after they got a ton of complaints...
