Saw the poster when I went the the lanes this afternoon to sign DD up for a one-day mini camp. The clerk wasn't sure if there was an age limit. DD is 12, but would love the Disney connection.

According to the lane manager here near us, he figured 4-5 years was as young as you wanted to get. That was simply to be big enough to hold/control the ball on their own. There is no upper age limit.

My two sisters and I are signed up to do this! We start on Oct. 17. It's $12 per week here, and you don't get the ball until the end. (They said that's to keep the people who sign up coming instead of just getting their ball and quitting.) I am not really good at bowling (can count the number of times I've been on one hand) but I really just want the ball!

I learned today that this is "Family Bowling". Teams of 4 must include one adult and one child. A limit of two Disney ball/bag packages rewarded per team of four. The cost here is $11 per person each week. The club is for 20 weeks, starting at the end of September and running through February. Our lanes are having a meeting on 9/21. I'm not sure why you need a meeting, but I guess they need to reiterate that you only get the bag and ball at the end of the program.
