Good Morning All Angels ATMWLT!

Sounds like we're all having busy days! Wednesday is ALWAYS my roughest day....in addition to doing my "usual" job, it's the day I lead my WW meeting at noon....I love doing it, but cutting 2 1/2 hours out of the middle of my work day puts pressure for getting a lot done during the before and after hours, so I've got to get hopping!!!

Hope you all have a great day... and oh... by the way... I'm 5' 6" Elaine.....I'd be willing to squeeze into an over-sized duffle if the offer still stands!!!!

Carol-It seems like I always have spare kids in my vehicle too!! I keep telling DH that I'm gonna install a meter! LOL!

Sandi-I know that you can sympathize with me about the ice hockey hours! Those 6am practices are a killer! He had his first time out on the ice last Wednesday so the season is just kicking off for Matthew. He needed a new helmet, a new mouth guard & new skates. We got him Nikes & had them heated & molded to his feet. I'm afraid after spending all that $$ it'll be a sure sign of a growth spurt! LOL

Sandi, I hope that rain ends for you soon. I think today is the last day for us for a while! And a big congrats to your DS!!

How frustrating Diane... I just hope you feel better soon. I think I'd be sick of doctor's by now too!

Valerie, wow, 5'6"??? That might be tough for me... you're taller than me and that is a bit intimidating for me... would it have wheels though?? I could handle that then

Angel backup singers, eh? I suggest you find new costumes, since Mrs. AA primarily sings in churches! Even the Episcopalians might find the regular costumes to be too much.

(Meant in fun and not to really pick on any denomination)

I know several of you are musically inclined; as for me, I can't even play the radio....

We took my youngest DD to the doc this morning; she was running a fever all night. She would get up to 103 and the Advil would bring her down to 99

He said it is just a "fever virus" meaning that is the only symptom of viral infection that she has, so no antibiotics needed. We just continue with over the counter fever reducer and let it run its course.

Hmm..Mrs. AA; it makes her sound like she won a beauty contest for former drinkers...

Hmmm... I am sure we could come up with a costume that would be "church friendly" Alan. I hope your youngest feels better soon.

I've had one of those mornings where I spent so much time working on one thing that it almost feels like I haven't gotten anything done. At least I only have 4 more hours here

Elaine, I hate that feeling. Sort of like you are spinning your wheels if you have lots to get done. Hope the rest of the day feels more productive.

I don't know Alan. I'm an Episcopalian and I think many of my fellow church members would be fascinated by our uniform.

Taking the kids to Kung Fu soon, then off to "Meet the Teachers Night" for Leah. Logan's teacher night is tomorrow.

I went to my first aerobics class this morning at the municipal center. For $25 a month, you can take as many classes as you want. They have step aerobics, pilates, yoga, cardio, etc. I'm going to try and get my money's worth to help get this body into shape. I took it slowly today and just did the beginner's steps. I thought I was gonna die, but I made it through the whole hour!

Just a quick post to say Good Evening to everyone

The vendor of the house we wanna buy has basically done a turnaround (i.e. last night she was practically saying it was ours and now she isn't) She is making us wait until Tuesday before she makes a decision so that other person can come on Saturday and also the first offer lady (who wanted to rent the property because she couldnt' sell hers!) has said she is going to reduce her property in hopes of selling it... It's all so complicated and making me worry we will miss out....

But anyways, I came on the DIS, have read some posts, and all the talk on here of 'Angels of Mystery' etc has really had me LOL so thanks for that!

My main comment is that surely, if the Angels in question wore the uniform in question there isn't any mystery?

Melissa, if it's meant to be, it will work out. Your housing market sounds hot, maybe you will find a back up house you like even more.

I agree that the uniform does lend itself to the air of Non Mystery.

Happy birthday and Anniversary to the people I missed last week.

I am going to start measuring and cutting the new bed coverings. I haven't found all the material I want, but I am close enough to start. No paint yet, DH just isn't in the mood to buy it. Well, at least I have time.

Behave Angels, or we will all find ourselves in CS's original screen play. Boy I am glad I have no school aged children. Too much running around.
